Great transportation service from start to finish. Easy to book online, nice clean vehicles, budget friendly prices , timely pick up . I reached out day of our pick up from the hotel requesting pick up time to be changed to earlier time ( one of the people in our ground had issue with online check in and we wanted to get to the airport early) and Bekare transfers were able to arrange for earlier pick up with no issues. Our drive from the airport Nahum was amazing, unfortunately I forgot the name of the driver on the way back. Would 100% recommend this company

These folks were on time, organized and made our 4th trip to the area a huge success. This was the first time we had used Bekare Transfers, but definitely will not be the last. The airport experience in the transportation area is usually very chaotic, they were easy to find and had us in a vehicle within 5 minutes of exiting the airport terminal. They arrived a few minutes early for our return trip and of course were always friendly and welcoming.

Great service! Our arrival was 3 hours late, they picked us up 5 min after we notified of arrival. Return trip driver Jose was eating at the resort at the arranges time and got us to airport with great service! Will use Bekare again for sure!

Amazing service!! We used their vans four times. Round trip for me and my fiancé to and from Cancun airport to playacar. And round trip for my parents flying in for the wedding. Always super professional and felt very safe. They were in constant communication with their dispatch and were great drivers. I super recommend them. Special shout out to Erik for great customer service.

I gave them the wrong resort when I booked but they adapted with no issues when I arrived. For the return trip, they were early and waiting for me. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. To top it off, they were a lot cheaper than the service my resort recommended.

A trustworthy and professional company. Everything was as advertised and right on time. I booked the night prior on their website and they were there ready for our transfer first thing in the morning. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. Very safe, very kind and good knowledge of the area from the driver. Highly recommend for airport transportation! Thank you!

Great transfer service from Cancun airport to my resort. My flight got in early and my driver was waiting for me as I went to the pickup area. He was easily identifiable in the pink shirt and drove me safely to resort. Return to the airport was just as easy. Would recommend to anyone!

I have to say the shuttle service was absolutely amazing. We travel to Mexico fairly often, but we have never had this great of experience. The driver was on time picking us up from the airport!!! Which has NOT been the case with other services. He was an experienced fabulous driver. Safe and quick.
The driver, who took us back to the airport was also a good driver.
We’re totally totally totally recommend this company again, and we definitely BE using them in the future. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was needed. They were also the most reasonable I found.

After some initial trouble finding the rep at the airport- there are a LOT of companies there and more than one with pink shirts- everything went great. Quality drivers in nice clean vehicles with great air conditioning. I'll use them again the next time we are in Mexico.

Primero que nada gracias por contactarnos. El precio para dos personas desde el aeropuerto de Cancun al hotel NYX Cancun es de 29 dolares en servicio completamente privado. Pero si contratan con nosotros el servicio de transportación redondo, es decir su llegada y salida podemos ofrecerles ambos servicios por $50 Dolares y la transportación es privada.
Si necesita cualquier otra cosa no dude en ponerse en contacto con nosotros, es un placer.
