‪Terrible experience, I paid 190 dollars to travel from Palladium to Playa del Carmen round trip, the return was not made, the service was not done, the driver did not arrive, as we had agreed, they arranged another one and we could not meet, I had to pay taxi and they didn't give me any money back 0 empathy... they were too unfair‬

‪BE CAREFUL. We booked a hotel in Cancun and airport shuttle through Expedia.com for 07/23/2023. Our flight was 1 hour late getting into Cancun airport. The shuttle never appeared, “apparently” it was there before and left. We had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel. We paid in full the shuttle service (Speedy Shuttle) through Expedia. Expedia “tried to contact” the agency in Mexico and allegedly claimed that the “agency denied the refund.” Never again will we go through EXPEDIA. Terrible customer service, we couldn't be more vulnerable.

‪Terrible. We bought a transfer with Speedy Shuttle (AKA Mexico Travel Solutions) thru Expedia. We prepaid. Then, we even paid additionally for Private Transfer instead of a group one. When we found their representative at the airport, she told us where to wait. There were MANY people waiting to be picked up by MTS. She kept telling us 10 more minutes, 20 more minutes. Finally, after an HOUR AND A HALF we decided to leave and get a taxi on our own. Now, we cannot even get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!‬

‪“PLEASE DO NOT USE SPEEDY SHUTTLE” THEY ARE SCAMMER

Here is my unpleasant experience.

Complaint #1:
We booked a round trip on 1/7/2023 through Expedia total cost of $38 and were not informed at the time of booking that it would be a shared ride. When Adrianna called on 1/16/23 to confirm our reservation, at that point she mentioned that our ride was a shared ride, and we have to wait about 40 minutes to one hour for the share ride and we had the option to upgrade our trip to private for only an additional $38 dollars. We agreed to her proposal and upgraded to a private round-trip ride. Because we just wanted to have a pleasant holiday experience for our marriage anniversary at Cancun.

Adriana also mentioned that I did not have to wait since it is a private ride, someone will stand with a sign (your name) at the front of Air Margarita Ville restaurant.

Then Adriana sent an email the receipt of $38. But instead of charging $38 dollars, she charged us $76 dollars. That is $76 plus the $38 we already paid before the upgrade. That's $114 for a round trip from Cancun airport to hotel!!!!! This is unacceptable!! We were charged double! When we called the agency again on 01/21/23 to enquire and they said she is not working today and then we called on 01/28/23, they told us Adrianna is no longer working there.

Complaint #2:
After a long flight landing at Cancun airport, we went outside and there was no one with standing with a sign with my name on it. I had to look for them and spent about 15 minutes spinning around. Finally found one of employee of speedy shuttle and they make us to wait another 20 minutes until a van was available and finally were able to reach at the hotel.

Complaint #3:
On Jan 26,2023, the day of departure from hotel to the airport, we were told that pick up is at 11:30am. We arrived in the lobby area 15 minutes prior to our pickup time. We waited until 11:32am and decided to call (+1 855 -756 - 5794) speedy shuttle company. We were told at 11:32am that our ride was on his way and running late. After 30-minutes at 12:03pm, we called again, and the agent told us that they arrived at the hotel, but we were not present. This is 100% impossible and pure LIE. This was a PRIVATE RIDE. He only had one customer and the bellman informed us no one came even with us waiting 15 minutes prior to our pickup time.

If he was truly there, why did the agent from speedy shuttle company tell us at 11:32am that someone was on their way. If that is true, why did the driver not give us a call or tell the bellman. They did not fail to take our phone number and credit card information. I have the call log and record which shows our many attempts to find out what was going on and a copy of our voucher that promised a pickup time of 11:30am.

Complain #4:
After reaching to the airport I went to arriving hall to find speedy shuttle employee and explain to them the situation. After explaining to them everything the manager said that he cannot do anything at this point, “You should leave, otherwise you are going to miss your flight” and gave me the customer service email address and asked me to write them email and asked for a refund.

I sent them email three weeks ago, and no respond or so. Again, I sent them a follow up email, no respond at all.

Complain #5:
This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. When we called, the customer service agent said he didn't care about our dilemma and that we needed to figure it out how we are going to the airport! We are demanding our money back! We deserve a full refund for the inconvenience and stress your company has brought to us. Not only should you be responsible for failing to keep your promise, but you are also responsible for the cost of our taxi that we were forced to use which is another $40 to the airport.

This is extremely unprofessional.
My request to all travelers who is visiting to Cancun/Mexico, “DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. They are SCAMMER.‬

‪This company is 100% a scam. We booked through expedia for a shuttle to and from the airport for our Cancun vacation. They (eventually) picked us up from the airport. They said theyd email/call us for our return ride. They completely ghosted us and our resort for the ride back to the airport. They then replied that because we booked through expedia we will need to pay again through their website or they will not get us for our return trip and "we will not be disappointed with the service." Okay buy I am already am that nobody contacted us for our return ride and we and our resort are being ghosted?! We got a cab back but I'm a bit annoyed we paid for a service we never got.‬

‪Speedy shuttle is the worst won’t ever use them again, the pick up at the airport was over an hour late to start. Then the pick up at the resort was 5 hours before my flight they claimed it was due to construction we got to the airport 4 hours early the construction was not an issue. I guess they didn’t have enough drivers so they rushed us to accommodate other people, I won’t ever use them again.‬

‪I purchased a ride through Expedia for Speedy Shuttle Cancun. I highly not recommend to buy it. This Company is nothing like crap! I confirmed my pickup time from the Hotel to the airport. No show no call no answers to my calls neither to my texts. I ended up taking a taxi, I most lose my flight. Don't trust this Company not reliable, not responsible. Not proactive. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! Never again buy their service, please stay away from SPEEDY SHUTTLE CANCUN HERE IS MY PROVES FOR WHAT I WENT THROUGH.‬

‪Speedy shuttle was absolute TRASH. We flew in to Cancun after midnight and after following directions to find their representative, no one was waiting for us and their phone line is only open until 6pm. Really good for travelers coming outside that time! Then when I told them no one came to get us, they argued with me and refused a refund. Save yourself the trouble and book literally any other shuttle service. Speedy shuttle sucks!‬

‪Airport pick up was ok. Had to stay extra, contacted shuttle to let them know and they confirmed changes. They went to pick us up in wrong day so when I contacted them again to leave, they said they had already gone to pick us up so ticket was closed. That said I needed to pay and schedule a new pick up date. It was easier to just get a taxi from the hotel.‬

‪The shuttle to the hotel wasn’t bad, we waited awhile to leave the airport, but the staff was nice.
But then they never showed up to pick us up to transfer back to the airport!

There is no customer service contact info. I was not able to reach anyone that worked for the company!

I would highly recommend any other company or a taxi.‬
