Found this place just walking around town and it was a lucky find! Yolanda and Araceli are friendly, skilled professionals and my granddaughter and I recommend them whole heartedly!

My husband and I decided to have a spa day when our boat trip got canceled due to weather. I looked up reviews of some of the spas on the island and this was one of the highest rated. We were a little taken back by the entrance as it was up a unlit stairway, but we were pleasantly pleased when we walked in. We showed up without an appointment and they took us right away for a one hour massage. The atmosphere and music was very relaxing. Devsi & Noemi were our massage therapists. They were skillfull, and hit all the right muscles and pressure points. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Isla Mujeres.

Caesar and Yolanda were fantastic. The massages we had were combination, deep tissue, Thai, aromatherapy, etc., just what we were needing. Definitely would go again next time we are here

My daughter and I had pedicures here today and it was one of the VERY BEST ever!!! Honestly, Lilia and Noemi were so kind, gentle and thorough. They did a great job and I just can’t recommend them enough. Don’t hesitate! May go back for a manicure!!!!

My boyfriend and I treated ourselves to a mix massage at the Mayan Spa. The massage was just great!! Not too tough, not too light, execately perfect! The mix option was a nice combination of classic, deep tissue, thai, lomilomi and reflex massage techniques. Miguel and Lilia were just amazing!! They and the whole studio were/was very professional.. don‘t let the little entrance staircase fool you! We will be back!!

He recibido un masaje relajante de 1 hora de todo el cuerpo con mis 2 amigas. Pudimos recibir el masaje al mismo tiempo, lo que fue una agradable. Nos gustaría dar las gracias a las 3 terapeutas de masaje, Lilia, Noemy y Yolanda por un masaje encantador. Nos sentimos muy bienvenidas y fueron muy profesionales. Recomendamos encarecidamente este balneario. :)

You can find services and prices in USD on their website. I don't know if they do "couples massages", but I did see a massage room with two tables when I visited.
