Joel and Rudy and crew are great ! Been diving with them for years. It’s the perfect setting ,I get my equipment, get on the boat and dive, and back on beach in a hour and a half . Very professional.

eMailed and no response.
Compared prices and far more expensive than Scuba Caribe. Online costs more than at the resort, despite saying you save 15% if you book in advance. I asked for costs and it was $89 USD for a single dive, not including tank & full rental.

Superbe plongée dans les entrailles de la terre, moniteur rassurant, patient, sympathique et efficace meme si anglophone. 2 plongées de 40 min dans le cenote Tajmahal inoubliables. Ca change des plongées en mer sans être vraiment de la spéléologie.
Seul problème il ya des photos et vidéos payantes que j ai payé en cache et je n ai jamais reçu le moindre lien pour les télécharger et personne ne repond a mes e-mails. Dommage ca gâche un peu le souvenir.

I used Aquaexcursions to complete my Advanced Open Water diving certification. I had planned this months in advance and prepaid. It took much back and forth to make sure I was getting what I wanted. When I got there I checked in with the dive shop on Viva Azteca property and found out that I couldn't do one of the specialties I had picked, wreck, as they weren't going the day I had chosen, I also found out that they would do the shark dive, online had told me no. So I chose Drift which was a good learning dive. The other thing was that I had to goto Viva Maya location as they had all the gear. Maya was 4 hotels over.
So on the day I had chosen, I walked over to Maya and met up with my Instructor Jan, and got geared up. We then went to catch the boat, we were on the big Scuba Caribe boat so plenty of room. Jan went over everything I needed to do and what was expected. The Drift dive was very cool and was a good experience, we also saw 3 large sea turtles feeding on the bottom. The navagation dive later was also very good as visibility was low so I actually had to navigate. Thanks Jan.
My only negative is the online aspect. They don't actually know what the dive center can and can't do, and don't know the dive centers schedule.
The guys at the center were great, very friendly and helpful. They said it's best if you see them right away when you get there and they can set you up for what every you want to do.

Wir sind bereits zum 3.x mit Aqua Excursions im Palladium Colonial tauchen gewesen (2008+2018+2022) und wieder sehr zufrieden gewesen. Von daheim aus haben wir uns bereits ein Tauchpaket mit 6 Tauchgängen pro Person gekauft. Preislich wirklich total in Ordnung. Vor Ort angekommen, war die Terminvereinbarung problemlos. Hat alles super geklappt. Tauchgänge immer mit Guide und vom Boot aus. Maximale Fahrtzeit mit dem Boot etwa 5-10 Minuten. Equipment hatten wir teilweise selber mit, BCD/Regler mussten wir ausleihen. Alles neues Material und das BCD ist Bleiintegriert. Tolle Sache! Etwas verstimmt hat uns nur, dass wir für einen noch zusätzlich vor Ort gekauften Tauchgang viel mehr zahlen mussten, als der Durchschnitt beim Package war. Man kannte uns ja und hätte uns mehr entgegen kommen können. Aber was solls, der Tauchgang hat sich ausgezahlt! Einmal haben wir um 55 Dollar pro Person eine Schildkröten-Schnorcheltour nach Akumalbeach mit gemacht. War sehr interessant. Haben dort einige große Schildkröten und Stachelrochen gesehen. Zahlt sich auch aus! Alles in Allem eine super Basis mit wirklich freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Leuten. Nur zu empfehlen!!!!!

Love the dive crew at the Palladium Dive Center!!! Joel, Leo, Fernando and the rest of the crew have been amazing!! Great friendly staff with fantastic local dive sites. Chris was absolutely amazing in the Cenotes as well!! I can’t say enough about my experience with this group!!! Thanks for everything, see you next time!!!

Didn’t even make it to the tour due to poor communication. Hurricane Lisa made landfall on our scheduled day, and despite us reaching out multiple times, we’ve heard no response. Extremely disappointing in the lack of professionalism.

Not worth it for this price. This place is overcrowded. You can see turtle eating a grass by holding a line that keep you far from that animal. The visibility is not so clear. You can see the turtle but not so many. It's noisy and very very crowded when turtle finaly show up. This became to commercial. It is better to buy a diving or snorkeling in a different place. Being able to swim freely and have a luck to see the turtle in their natural environment. After excursion you are taking to cenote when temperature of water is low. One hour in a water without swimming (you are like a buoy in a life jacket) then another in cold cenote. Cenote is worth to see and experience. Children had difficulty to go in as they were already cooled down after snorkeling. The park was not so nice. It is better to skip the turtle and the oark. Visit cenote on your own.

Unforgettable experience! Thank you to the whole team for an amazing excursion for our first ever dives! Mayra was a great instructor, with clear instructions and lots of calm and patience under water. Definitely recommend this trip!

Highly recommend! Our dive master was Jan. He and the whole crew, Mayra, Chris and Alex, we’re all very friendly and very knowledgeable.
They took us to a couple dive spots, 1 being Paradise Reef. The visibility was incredible and we were able to spot tons of fish species, crabs, a snake eel and even a nurse shark swam past us! The coral was beautiful as well. We got fresh fruit and yummy sandwiches in between dives as well as water and pop.
Highly recommend.

If she brings referral letter can she complete certification with you?

Hola Jeff! Of course! This is called a referral course and she will only need to complete the 4 open water check out dives with us.
We have the option of doing the 4 dives at the reef of the hotel (if you are staying at any of our hotels) or to do 2 dives at the reef + 2 dives in Cozumel.

Hi, Kathryn. What would you like to know about this attraction? I am planning a trip in September to Rivera Maya. I have a Legendary Timeshare with Hard Rock. Typically we are forced to use their diving vendors...which might be OK, but I do wonder if there are equally as qualified scuba companies that I could book with directly?
Just curious about packages, I am in Rivera Maya for 14 days so would like to dive at least 10 days out of the 14.

I do not have a question but a huge concern. Multiple pictures on your page show divers touching and sitting on coral. Why are you allowing people to do that? I would never book with a dive company that allowed divers to completely disregard proper dive etiquette.

On the dives I took with Aqua Excursions, there was no touching of coral or any danger to the reef or creatures on it. The dive leaders were all professionals.
