Very nice beach! Free parking is available nearby. The beach was very clean and you had enough space. There is little shade, so an umbrella or beach shell is a good idea.

Very beautiful beach with its golden cliffs in full sun, few beaches at high tide, in the middle of summer it must be difficult to find a quiet little spot. The ideal place to find pretty little stones. At low tide it's a great place for fishing on foot, and of course, the sunset is just magical!! 😊

These ocher and yellow cliffs which border a two kilometer long beach are impressive.
Their history is more than a million years old. A gold mine was exploited there at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
Today, it is accessed from the car park with a path and steps on an inclined plane that is difficult to access for strollers and wheelchairs.
At the beach level, you still have to go down a few steps at the bottom of the access ramp before walking on the beach made up of thousands of small shells and pebbles.
I was impressed by these cliffs. Their color varies with sunlight.
At the end of September, I wasn't going there to swim but I noticed that access must be complicated at high tide, especially since permanent erosion prevents you from being directly above the cliffs.
I noticed that the cliffs were a delight for paragliders, especially since it is the only takeoff site in Morbihan.
This site is unique in Europe and it is an interesting visit, unfortunately inaccessible to people with reduced mobility.

The beach is not very long. There are two parking lots. You can take a look around and when it's warm you can even jump into the water.

Very beautiful and large beach at the foot of a magnificent cliff. Difficult access for people who walk poorly and impossible in wheelchairs. Very pleasant water temperature. A beautiful setting for a lovely family afternoon.

Good evening, I came here yesterday for the second time with my family and it’s still as good as the first, even better! the hot goat's cheese toast is a treat, the burger all the time and without forgetting the chocolate fondant, it's a marvel! I will be able to eat this restaurant without looking at the prices! the staff is welcoming and pleasant and in the kitchen they do a very good job and the atmosphere is incredible. The dishes are served very quickly! I highly recommend this restaurant, it’s a must in Pénestin!
