The Hesham Tour representative insulted me, verbally abused me and had the most disgraceful attitude i had witness in my whole life! I have been traveling over 38 countries, never i ever have encountered such individual. He tried to change the time of start of the tour earlier which we declined. He aggressively insisted and started blackmailing us by cancelling the booking and charge us. At 11am our tour was supposed to start and because we had refused to start at 10.30am he sent me a message at 11.02am saying “i am cancelling your trip, it is 11.15am” “No show” it was only 11.02am…. !!! This tour was terrible. Horrific. I highly recommend not to book this crazy individual. No respect for the clients, all they want is your money. You are being treated as garbage! I will report this tour to the ministry of tourism with all proof of their abusive manners and their which I recorded on whatsapp ! I hope this evil Hesham tour will never be able to host customers again in tourism ! Shame on you!!!
