I visited Cascina del Pozzo with two friends in August as we were recommended it by our hotel host. It was truly worth the recommendation. We had the best time with wine tasting hosted by the son Gabriel and tour of the winery afterwards. The wine tasting took place in their private kitchen where we also met the rest of family, consisting of 4 or 5 generations. We felt very welcome and had a great time.
Gabriel were very dedicated and passionate telling us about the wines which tasted amazing.
I would at any time recommend anyone to visit this kind and passionate family and to taste their great wines.

My friends and I were recommended to go to a wine tasting at Cascina del Pozzo and words cannot describe the warmth and authentic experience we got.
One familiy, five generations, 14 people living in this wineyard working and enjoying life together. It was incredible to see and hear about their origin, how simple and meaningful life can be when you are surrounded with the ones you love. The family was truly inspiring in many other ways other than only their wine production, which by the way was fantastic - we loved the “Arneis” and “Barbera d’Alba”. We learned so much about wine and had an amazing time with Gabriele - he was so warm, welcoming and extremely skilled in answering all our wine related questions.
Thank you for their best and most authentic experience - I can only recommend everyone to visit this wonderful family and buy their delicious wine. ✨

Small family-run company (5th generation). Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Stefano and his two dogs, we immediately started with the tasting of their sparkling wine DECIMO, then moved on to the whites FAVORITA and ROERO ARNEIS, moving on to the reds DOLCETTO and BARBERA and their Langhe ROSATO. All excellent and at more than fair prices. After all these tastings you can't leave empty handed. Thanks to Stefano for the time you dedicated to us.

I have been referring to them for the supply of wine for a few years now and finally yesterday I visited the company with friends. Marvelous! We had confirmation of the professionalism but also the hospitality of this family that produces excellent wines. I would like to thank them for everything!

Een echt familiebedrijf waar je een warm ontvangst krijgt. De wijnen zijn uitmuntend en de omgeving is adembenemend. Het Roero gebied is de moeite waard om te bezoeken!
Inmiddels zijn we goed bevriend met de familie en laten we iedereen die we kennen een bezoekje brengen.
Kortom een leuke proeverij met kwaliteitswijnen zeer de moeite waard.
En wedden dat je terugkomt 😉

What a wonderfull discovery ! Visit this winery, you will not be dissapointed. Family run, some of the most excellent Roero wines. All for reasonable/affordable prices. The family is so nice and take their time to give all the information you need. Tasting was free and without reservation. Alot of respect and gratefull thank you to Lorenzo for guiding us, regard to all the family from myself and my wife. When we return to the region next year, we’ll definately re-visit !

Conosciamo già parecchie cantine della zona
Accoglienza buona
Tenuta gestita da una famiglia di tre generazioni che abbiamo potuto conoscere quasi nella sua interezza
Persone semplici alla mano ma molto preparate in ambito enologico
Vino di buona qualità e scelta notevole per essere una piccola cantina
Alla fine della degustazione sul tavolo c’erano 17 bottiglie
Bella anche la presentazione, le etichette che si rincorrono nei colori
Tutto studiato a regola d’arte grazie all’apporto della parte giovane della famiglia
Bravi, continuate cosi e non sbaglierete

Ambiente, cantina, persone, vini... il tutto è semplicemente avvolgente. Assolutamente consigliato per una visita con buoni vini.

abbiamo trascorso delle ore bellissime a vivere l atmosfera di una famiglia meravigliosa e a degustare i loro vini "strepitosi" una vera poesia complimenti a tutti dal babbo ai piu giovani della famiglia...

If you are into wine and enjoy a rich Nebbiolo, a Barbera d’Alba which makes your mind wants more, and a sparkling wine, both red or white, that makes you feel like celebrating, you should visit the Pozzo family.
They are an Italian family, who adores wine and are always open for a visit, where the happily makes a tour of the wine barrels and open for a great tasting experience.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in the region, or even if your plans are to visit Piemonte, do not miss out the Pozzo Family.
(We have been there twice in 3 years, and we are definitely coming back)

Azienda agricola d'eccellenza. Provata alla fiera del tartufo ad Alba. Abbiamo trovato una cordiale accoglienza allo stand. Provato diversi vini, tra bianco e rosso. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Arnese per il bianco e Roero per il rosso sono stati i vini che ci hanno colpito di più. Da provare
