Amazing cheeses! The cheese maker came out and served just made mozzarella! Best I ever had! So don’t miss the mozzarella! And the soft pecorino and truffle pecorino. Looking forward to come back! Also great service!

What can we say about this dairy other than that entering it is fantastic!!! you are captivated by 1000 aromas and flavours, by the great kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the owners. The dairy products leave you speechless: the best we have ever tasted. They are The other products on sale are also delicious and of high quality: biscuits, frize, taralli, cheeses, focaccias.... We made a large load of Apulian products in this shop before leaving for Switzerland and every time we eat them we get sick of nostalgia.Thank you so much for the sandwiches you prepared for us for the car journey: they sold like hot cakes and kept us company while we headed up the Italian boot.

Lunch break 10 cum laude, artisanal products of the highest quality and kindness of the owner. If happiness is a glass of wine with a sandwich, this is a must try!!!

Not just a fantastic selection of cheeses and meats but they will let you watch the cheese making process. Fascinating and very tasty experience.

Tasty and interesting experience, we saw Giuseppe "Pipino" at work, he explained the whole process to us and then freshly prepared mozzarella, braids, knots and burrata for us. Afterwards we decided to stop for an excellent tasting aperitif, with local products, including the famous capocollo aged in primitivo, and a good glass of wine. I recommend booking

La preparazione al momento di mozzarelle, trecce, nodini e burratine è un'esperienza unica che speriamo ti abbia permesso di apprezzare ancora di più la freschezza e la qualità dei nostri prodotti.

I'm just saying that it was the most beautiful thing I saw in Oria. After finding the mummy museum closed and the castle not open to visitors, I decided to see this attraction. I met Pipino and all the very kind staff. But Pipino is the artist who turns mozzarella into an art, with his experiments that he does every day. A piece of advice, don't just stop at the purchase but visit his laboratory and have an aperitif

Very good time spent with Tina and Giuseppe who welcomed us with kindness, showed us how mozzarella is made and made themselves available to explain, answer questions... while serving the many customers! Nice tasting of local products. A beautiful family and artisanal story with a lot of work behind it… hats off, well done and thank you for everything!

Caseificio tipico pugliese, produzione propria di alto livello, dove il maestro casaro esegue anche delle dimostrazioni ai vari visitatori, servizio gentilissimo e veloce. Consigliatissimo!

Expérience incroyable pour découvrir les secrets des fromages de la région (mozzarella, Buratta, .. ).
Attenant à ce mignon magasin familial, nous avons tout d abord eu des explications sur l'origine des fromages. Puis direction la cuisine. Nous assistons en direct à l'élaboration de divers fromages: mozzarella, Buratta, Romeo et Julietta, .. que nous avons pu goûter lors du repas/dégustation terminant cette belle expérience!
Ces 2h avec Francesco et sa famille furent un très bon moment.
Expérience à ne pas rater si vous passez dans les Pouilles 🇮🇹

Ci siamo fermati durante un giro in bicicletta nel caseificio per assaggiare qualche specialità locale.La deliziosa signora al banco ci ha coccolati con burrata affumicata squisita,mozzarella ancora tiepida,crostini con stracciatella e pistacchio ,capocollo e taralli con cipolla e uvetta.Lavorano in famiglia,in armonia ,ed è un valore aggiunto.
