The humpback whales are migratory species and will usually arrive to Los Cabos late November. , during which we offer our whale sightings guarantee. Prior to December 15 we offer Marine Wildlife Tours (no sightings guarantee) as per Mexican Law we cannot offer whale watching tours. Hello, Well my recommendation is for you to book the one you feel you will be more comfortable in. If you get seasick easily or have any back or neck problems or any major surgery, definitely you should book the Cabo Group tour. If you are comfortable with fast boats and a bumpy rides you should book the zodiac tour. At the end of the day both tours are amazing with well prepared marine biologist to share the best information with you.

Only before and after. They will give you a ticket to use the closest restroom before you go. I would suggest using it about 10-15 minutes before your tour starts. They start right on time. The boat is too small for restrooms, so there are none on there.

It is more a matter of whether the hotel/resort that you pick provides transportation to the marina area. Ours was several miles out and had a shuttle available on a regular schedule for a small fee per person. There are a lot of hotels and resorts away from the marina and a lot of different transportation options.
