It was amazing, the staff were very patient as I was a little nervous but they were fab. We got the photo package and I can highly recommend this. Such a great experience, we loved it. Dolphins were so cute and it was a memory and experience we would never forget. Such good interaction too.

The experience with the animals was amazing, can not explain what it is to be with the animals, unique , wonderful. About the service was also very good, all friendly attendants. But I found the tanks very dirty, missing attention, even cleaning, from too nasty to be in the water. I found very beautiful the place just lack care.
The restaurant also leaves much to be desired, food is not good.
I leave with the feeling of sadness for seeing something so special without care .

Went with the family, we had a terrific time. Dolphin experience was one of the better we have done.

If you've decided you do want to interact with the animals, vs boycotting encouraging this industry, we highly recommend this place. The facility felt well designed to give them some room to swim and play. They also said they move animals between their facilities for their mental health and 80% we're born in captivity. Much better than the tiny pool at our hotel that felt inhumane. This is part of the ocean inlet with paddocks dividing the space around an "island" the programs start from into ~5 spaces.
We wanted our son to be able to experience both the dorsel tow and foot push which they had in a package with bonus animals of manatees and a sea lion. You got plenty of time in the water for the price and the pictures were great.
Do know that to GET the pictures it's another large charge per person. It is cheaper to buy the photos ahead of time when you book, than there day of. One photo is exorbitant ~$40, but the package has about 40 photos per person for the Royal swim experience and you can share the link to them with others so we did go for it. They are high quality good resolution images they sell. I wish they offered a family package with a discount for getting all group members photos. Lunch was not as good as our hotel so you might want to pack a snack. The flowers around we're also beautiful.

We went today with my wife and it was a magical experience! We have had Mario at Dolphins and he has treated us phenomenally, he has been very friendly and has explained everything to us well! Then everything is worth it, the photos are worth buying because they are beautiful as a souvenir, and the Royal Swim pack is very worth it! It also includes a catamaran with snorkel that gives you plenty of time and you see many fish, hedgehogs, stars, etc... 100% recommended If you want to go swimming with dolphins, come here!

We booked the royal swim with dolphins and had a fantastic time. The package included a full swim with dolphins with the foot push and the added bonus of meeting the sea lion (which was amazing) and feeding the manatees (also amazing). The whole package was brilliantly organised and we felt like got to spend so much time with animals and trainers, who gave great information. We wasn’t going to buy the photo package as we had spent a lot during our time in Mexico, but the pictures were brilliant and they offered a better package afterwards than did buying with tickets. After the package we enjoyed the free lunch offered which was really nice and then had a nice stroll around Puerto Adventorus which was really nice little village vibe. Definitely worth the trip from playa del carmen - we took a taxi from hotel which only took around 15/20 mins.

A €500 excursion for 4 to spend 30 minutes with dolphins, 15 minutes with manatees and 5 minutes with the sea lion. In addition, the children could not do everything because there is a minimum limit of 1.40m. In addition, taking photos is prohibited…. And he sells the photo pack for €310. Go €300 to negotiate or €50 for a photo. A real scam!!! Run away !!! Instead, reserve sian ka an. Fortunately there is a catamaran ride to compensate a little.

Frida was an amazing trainer! She did a great job of instructing us how to interact with the dolphins. We worked with Scarlet and Angelica. These dolphins were lovely. A truly special experience.

My comment is directed at the activity with sea lions. We bought the pass for my nephews, my father and my son. And once there, the last of my nieces wanted to join the experience as well, so we decided to let her pass and buy the ticket for my son. When trying to buy it, the person who assisted us, ROBERTO RAMON, told us that it was not possible. I had to go to the ticket office, which meant a 30-minute round trip, which meant my son wouldn't arrive in time to join the others to do it. I asked him to please let him pass and that I would go to the ticket office to buy it so he wouldn't miss it with the rest of the family. My mother and my husband were there as guarantors but it was impossible. ROBERTO RAMON had the same speech all the time like a parrot and he didn't let my son in, he was left crying and the only thing he did was call his superior to inform him that I was going to complain... and that's how it is. Sooner or later here comes my complaint about the lack of sensitivity and treatment that this man had with my son and my family. It made our day bitter

Is there a way to buy just the digital copies and if so how much? And is there a package that’s less than $100 for just some photos? I’m just lost at the prices because what if we want some but not all or prefer digital instead of hard copies? Going to the one in St.Kitts.

Does anyone remember the name of the sea lion(s)? Was there early Dec. and he or she was incredible. So comical. His trainer was Arturo. I know there's a wall near dressing rooms that has pictures and names of each animal. Wish I had taken a pic of it to see them all. Would be nice if they were posted on the website. Just curious if anyone knows. Thanks!

How long do you get with the dolphins, the website says 50 minutes but then it says 15 minutes interaction with manatee?

it all depends on the tour that you pay for. We had a package called the Royal tour We had 1 hour in the water with the dolphins petting them interacting with them also getting a fin ride and a foot push. Then to the Manatee for 30 mins feeding and petting. Then the sea lions 30 mins 15 in the water 15 on the jetty. Very very enjoyable
