The employees here are friendly and go out of their way to find you what you need, or else direct you to where you can find it. They have events in-store such as board games and D&D, which look fun though I've never attended. It's got a nice stock of items for its size.

I have always found what I'm looking for in here! They have a wide selection of comics, toys, games and action figures! There are plenty of t-shirts and other collectibles as well!

Far and away the best hobby, gaming, trading card and collectables store in the city.
Kapow offers a wide and varied selection of tabletop, trading card and roleplaying games, collectables, comics, toys and trinkets not to mention all the supplies, accessories and supplements to go along with them. (And if they don’t have what you’re looking for they’re more than happy to hunt it down and order it in for you.)
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff makes for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere while still offering a professional and expertly run business.
A wide variety of store sponsored and community run events, both on a regular schedule and as special one-off occurrences, contribute to a sense of community and inclusiveness that leaves you feeling like more that just another customer to be relived of cash. The ample gaming space, welcoming community, recently added snack offerings and staff that take the time to get to know you , welcome you by name and encourage you to spend time in the store only enhance the positive atmosphere. Whatever your fancy may be, Kapow offers a place not just to expand your collection but to connect with others who share your passions and truly enjoy your hobby of choice.
The store is centrally located in downtown Lethbridge and is easy to get to by car on foot or by public transit. During peak times finking parking can be a bit of an adventure; a minor problem common to all of downtown. Inside the store is spacious, clean and well lit, not always a given among their competitors. Operating hours and ample and convenient, extending well beyond normal business hours to allow for evening and weekend shopping and gaming.

This brightly decorated, super friendly store is a one-stop shop for all things geek. Their selection of table top games is excellent, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of t-shirts, books, buttons, miniatures etc. and, of course, comics. There is a large area of tables where there is always someone playing games. In the evenings and on weekends this area is packed with people playing board-games, card games, war-games and tabletop rpgs. And the owners are involved in the local community. All in all, an excellent store. Highly recommended.
