On our way to Maple Creek SK, we stopped by to get more information of a nearby attraction. The person who helped us (very friendly), helped clarify where we should go and wat we need to see. The advice and information we received literally saved us so much time. In the end we ended up where we wanted to be. Recommend not just a bathroom break, but also for the advice.

Wonderful assortment of Medicine Hat t-shirts, multitudinous maps & brochures for Alberta & BC! Lovely magnets made with clay by a local artist ! Fabulous, friendly staff that are easy to chat with & really helpful! This tourism centre has become one of my all time favourites to visit in the future!

Worse ever !!! Not the room i booked and they would not change it. Room was very dirty, my feet turned black after walking on floor.

Driving on the Hwy 1 from the south, we saw tourist centre sign of Medicine Hat. We decided to make a stop for getting information of the Dinosaur Provincial Park. It was very crowded at the moment we were there so we just used the restroom and took some brochures. When you travel with kids, it's a place to stop as there is a quite big playground outside.

We stopped at the visitor centre to see what was around that we could look at. The man at the counter was super friendly and showed us pictures from his own cell phone. He showed us stuff off the beaten path that was worth going to see. Extremely happy

We needed help navigating the city so we dropped into this visitor centre. We were greeted by to very friendly staff people. They were willing to help us with all our needs. A truly helpful and uplifting experience👍

Like stopping by the visitor centre to pick up maps or brochures. Friendly knowledgeable staff with lots of info from other centres as well. Like the gift shop, the little library box, bikes to rent, and the Sunday food vendor trucks.

I wanted to purchase an item from their gift shop that cost $70 but much to my surprise they don’t take any method of payment except cash. How pathetic is that in this day and age!! They need to get with it. Come on Medicine Hat Tourist Information. Not impressed!

A shoutout to Raeanne and the Visitor Centre for being absolutely amazing! So many personal touches. We loved the free bikes to borrow and had an amazing ride. Best adventure! Make sure you stop by.

Nice to stop into a visitors centre to get some helpful information (and a toilet) about the area. Were able to get a map and recommendations of what to see while there.
