I will not be back, a month ago I was playing a machine and left for no more than 5 mins with my sign and drink visible. Came back to find my drink gone and someone else playing, I spoke to management and got it fixed as the person playing wasn’t going to leave! Yesterday, I watched the slot attendants lift the signs as soon as a person got up, I drew the line when I timed my departure to 3 mins and when I came back, the slot attendant had my drink in her hand and the sign removed, her comment to me was ‘you caught me’! Up until yesterday when I finally ‘caught’ their actions, I found the lounge staff amazing and the food pretty good. The new chairs are a much improvement but sadly, I won’t be sitting on one again!!!

Decide to play a poker tournament at the cash casino. The casino has seen better days that is for sure. Though I have to say the Poker room was bare bones the staff and patrons were friendly. I would come back for the poker.

The casino is clean and the washrooms are always looked after. The service is excellent and the servers are friendly and helpful. The food and beverage are good and reasonably priced. The gaming floor is a nice size as is the slot area. The poker room is good. Good place for a nights entertainment.

Time for some renovations maybe? Machines are the same as everywhere else, to be expected, hand pay service extremely slow. Lack of staff it seems. Also need more ATM's

Nice atmosphere, well secured, close parking. reasonably priced drinks and food service. Enjoyed Thia food off the menu that included western items as well, i will try the primerib sandwich next time.

A relatively large casino for the Alberta prairies, with all up to date and operating machines. I am not certain if they have live entertainment on weekends or not, as it is usually day time hours I have gone in there, and not normally on weekends.

I was client of casino for 3 years, they changed all the employees there, now they are not nice, I was playing slots today when a lady called Deb or Dev asked me for my id, notice I am a 50 yer old man, when I asked what was the reason, she failed to give me a valid reason arguing they wanted to know who I was?, really?, I showed her my id and she was telling me oh, we mistaken you for someone else, why she didn't say that at the beginning when I asked the reason?i was really mad, probably my face is all over the casino since I'm coming since 3 years ago, I won't come back, the people is not nice anymore...

Busy little casino that we found in Red Deer. Good choices in slot machines but would be nicer if it was bigger. Does not seem like there is a lot of choices for food, usually expect to see some nice choices and specials with dining. Staff are friendly.

I can't remember having to buy tickets to the Casino on New Years Eve. I think that with all the money one spends at the casino, people would object to having to buy tickets. I know they have draws and things throughout the evening but if you want to know for sure, definitely give them a call.
