The pros:
-some good slides - namely the ones with tubes & mats. They were fun
-they have a few great areas for little kids, several tiny slides & a nice splash park
-you can rent loungers, umbrellas @ lockers
-can bring your own food
The cons:
-the water is FREEZING. I don’t think they heat it
-don’t bother with the novice slides, they’re ultra slow
-very run-down looking place with brown-stained slides in places. Strange, out-dated bathrooms with only 1 sink
Bottom-line: slim-picking in BC for water parks. Some fun slides. We’d go back on a very hot day and just stay for a few hours.

The park was great, the slides were fun and food was all fairly priced. There are a lot of stairs so consider bringing swim shoes.

Booking tickets is a mess. I tried booking tickets 10 times in a day and every time i tried it wouldn't work. My kids wanted to go with their friends and their friends mom had book the tickets 5min before i did and guess what they were sold out. I tried booking hours in advance and it still wouldn't work. I have 1 kid and i only really needed a ticket for her and myself. You cant call the park either because they don't a have a number. My kids friend's mom tried to get a refund because we didnt want any of the kids feeling disappointed. She booked them and 5min later tried to get a refund and it obviously didnt work. Really disappointed and now i have 1 bummed out kid because their friends can go and she can't. Also you should be able to cancel your ticket within a hour of booking. Not happy cultus.

Cultus Lake Waterpark has gone the way of the airline industry. Nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING, won't let you out to get something from the car and most disappointingly the park and its amenities are crumbling. Its bathrooms are in SUCH disrepair... the majority of the tubes are deflated to the point of dangerous and the bridge over the lazy river is soon going to collapse. The lazy river now has 5 innertubes, that's it.
We've come here annually for 14 years. We won't come back.

Water slides, that’s all I really need for a good day out.
The family really enjoyed all of the slides and the large variety, there is something for everyone.
Lots of lifeguards and custodians.
They do serve food on location.
Only cons are it’s a bit slow moving, depending on crowds you can get on a couple rides per hour and once you’re in, that’s it, you can’t get back in if you leave.
Oh and Parking is $10 per day

Not impressed with the no in out policy!
Over the years we enjoyed going to the waterslides but this time not so much. We paid for full day passes and weren't allowed to leave and come back in. It got really chilly for a bit, my husband couldn't even go to the car to get a sweater. Ultimately it would have been nice to leave for a couple hours till the sun came back out. What's the point of offering a full day pass?

My wife and decided to go to the waterpark and within 10 minutes of entering the gates I had some bad anxiety and decided that I had to leave. When we asked for a refund they told us that there was nothing that they could do as they do not offer refunds at their location. It was clear since we were still in our streetclothes that we did not actually use any of the facilities before deciding to leave, as well as the receipt showing it was only ten minutes past - but we were told the only option was to email their head office because there wasn't even a phone line to communicate with them and they would respond between 2-3 business days. Not surprisingly it's been a week and we haven't heard anything. There is no accountability in the waterpark itself, no accountability at the head office and we just wasted 60 dollars of our honeymoon fund we have spent the last year saving for. If people were a priority and not a paycheck this could have been avoided.

We had such a fun time checking out this waterpark! The staff were nice and the rides were awesome. We went on an overcast - colder day and we had almost no waits at all. Definitely would recommend this water park out. Only thing we wished was that the food was better.

This Waterpark has been Here Since 1984 to 1985 and I Found it Very Clean And Beatuiful but Tickets have to be Bought online so Plan your Day Accordingly. Just a Heads up No Handstamps for In or Out Things outside the Water park this Year or no Refunds Read Carefully. They Have Cheaper Prices later in the Day. They added Stuff with New Things and has Expanded. I Recommend The Colossal Canyon Raft slide and the Blue Flumes and Black Hole Tube Slides are very good or Tubeler Terror they call it. There are Tons of Shaded Tables and 5 Hot or Luke Warm Hot Tubes. The Radical Rapids is Fun too and the 0 to 60 Raceway I went very Far on that and wow the Boomerang is a Very Unique Slide not to Be Missed but no Solos on it. Like a Figure 8 one and Down and Up and Ends Backwards. The Senery is so Beautiful there too. Just a Heads up Parking is $10.00 and Lockers Luckily $10.00 plus a Secerity Deposit of 10.00. A nice Bonus. Staff Friendly and Great Instructors what to do. Another one in Tawassian was Restored too And looks good but Haven't been to that one. This one is Excellent. Careful in the Change rooms they Clean and Wet them Momentarily use Extreme Caution there was a Warning sign but there are Privacy Curtains. I Loved it and Hope to Return in Future Soon.

only let in a small amount of people because of covid. we did more in the 4 hours allowed, than during a normal full day in the past. everything was cleaned when we arrived, and was continually cleaned while we were there.

With COVID restrictions in place and limited admissions, could someone share what the lineups are like these days?

When we were there it was about 30% of capacity. Spots to stand in all lines to ensure 2 meter spacing. Lines were only 2-10 min long. Best time we have ever had there.
