This is a place where you can spend a couple of hours playing with a 2yr old.
Some of the play structures are older and well worn.
More items could be added to the toddler section.

Seriously, the fact that children cost $18 and you actually charge adults $5 for admission? Most places do not charge $18 and usually adults are free . Why would adults want to pay such a high amount to be in a germ infested environment? I give this place 2 years before they file for bankruptcy

Not very organized. Can’t bring food for the party so we have to put up with lame subpar cake and sad tray of fruits and popcorn. Every 5 minutes I would here - did you pay for this? You have to pay extra for this! Ridiculous. I blew over 500.00 for 2 hours and had a guy tell me my kids could only have 1 pitcher of juice. I’m never going back and do not recommend at all.

Compared with other places I’ve been to in London, Ontario, this place was small, out dated, not the cleanest, loud, and over crowded. I was expecting much better. My gal, who is usually very adventurous, mainly just watched in awe as the bigger kids raced around. It is a free for all, not sure what the rules are as there didn’t seem to be any.

Many of the games had out of order signs, so my kids tried playing the ones that did not have he signs and most did not work either. When I told the staff they gave me tokens back but it became quite redundant to keep asking after every game we attempted (and failed) to play. The play area was too warm. On a hot day with that many bodies, all the running children were sweaty. Some better air conditioning would be beneficial. I have to say that my kids had a blast. It is a cool jungle gym area for children but I would only go on Thursdays when it's half price admission instead of paying 16 dollars per child. That price is quite excessive. We have been to other places in Ottawa where you get much more bang for your buck. One of the games was also filled with trash...

Wow , a couple years ago this place was clean and well staffed. Now it’s dirty , WAY overpriced for the offering compared to other places nearby. Have your money and drive a bit further to the better places in Ottawa. They should be ashamed to charge kids under 1 and adults who have to be there for there kids. The play areas are dirty can you imagine what the kitchen looks like??

Upon arrival, we were told it is not open to the general public unless we pay 25$, and we’d have to wait for 3 hours. We have an annual membership, what a rip off. My 4 year old was devastated and I had to deal with his tears.:(

Dirty, staff don’t care, water on floors in random spots, most games out of order. The staff also doesn’t care who comes and goes even though they stamp your hand. I won’t be renewing my membership.

Good place to visit with kids. Visiting with my in-laws, they live in Ottawa in a condo so rainy days at grand-ma and grand-pa can be challenging with kids. I was looking for something more than a movie, needed to burn some energy.
Kids loved the giant bouncy castle obstacle course. The place was VERY busy, a bit chaotic but to be expected.
Hubby and I liked the free wifi.
Glad it was free because we likely paid for it with the admission!!! They not only charge per kids (of course) but they charge for the adults as well. Really?
3 out of 5 because of adult charge. a little expensive for a 2 +- hours activity.

Went on a school day to find the place over run with school aged kids and few teachers supervising. Also, incredibly over priced. I never understand how a kids centre could have the nerve to charge for an adult to be present. For myself, my husband and 2 kids 4 and under it was $34. We left after 5 minutes because it was pure chaos, it was very obvious to staff that we were leaving quickly and angry (as they do need to let you out). I also followed up with a complaint via telephone where zero effort was made to rectify the situation. What a waste of time and money.
