To be honest I was very nervous about my first experience but it turned out to be fantastic and very relaxing. It did take me almost the whole session to get my mind to slow down and to be able to fully relax my body I think I'd have to do it a few times to find my meditative groove . But it was the first time I was able to turn off my brain and rest. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I went for a session and the explanation given about the requirements was wonderful. The flotation device was so relaxing and you just shut your mind out to everything. Once your session is over, you can shower in the same room as the pod with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. You can also use your own. There is a separate room where you can blow dry your hair, and that is provided as well but you’re welcome to bring your own again. Amazing experience and will definitely be doing this again. I highly recommend.

I had been experiencing concussion symptoms for several years and tried many different solutions. After my first float I noticed a huge difference. The staff was incredibly helpful. I try and go monthly now, it has also helped with joint pain from several sports related injuries.

I was given a very generous gift certificate to ISO Spa from family last year. I had never experienced "floating" before and was very intrigued! As soon as I arrived at ISO Spa, it was as if coming into a close relatives home, warm, comfortable, friendly, and very clean.
I was greeted by a very nice guy named Mika, he explained the drill and left me to experience what it was like to float! All I can say is that it was unlike anything I had tried before and after a few minutes of getting used to the "pod" I simply drifted away in total silence and peace. Quickest hour of my life to date!
I'd recommend ISO Spa to anyone wanting to try a new form of relaxing in the privacy of your own spotless room totally equipped with shower, clean towels and all the necessary personal incidentals you need. You actually don't need to go in with anything but yourself and an open mind but above all, enjoy as its so worth it!

I was very curious about this experience when I was told about it by a friend. I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. The facility is very clean and the staff very friendly. In addition, I was even more surprised at how big the "pods" were, if you are a person who does not like enclosed spaces I would say you have very little to fear as the pods are actually far larger than what you see in the pictures. I felt very relaxed afterwards and would definitely go again. I highly recommend this as an activity for anyone who wants to take a break from everyday stress and wants to have a relaxing moment to themselves.

Every session can be different like any dream depends on your day, etc. I remember my 1st session, I spaced out with an infinite void tunnel experience. Body senses totally enhanced by that void, lack of any resistance, interesting unique feeling.

What is the cost and do I need an appointment and is it all ages

Hi Jeanne, thanks for contacting us. It is 60$ for a one hour float (however we are currently offering a groupon for 40$ which you can buy through them or I am happy to offer you directly in store as well). We do suggest you make an appointment in advance especially for weekends and Thursday/Friday evening other days are usually not as busy. The spa is 18+. Let us know if we can book an appointment for you.
