This place exceeded my expectations. It isn't a high-end spa, so I didn't go in expecting bathrobes, a shower, or cucumber water. What I got was an excellent deep tissue massage and professional service at a great price. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Too bad Hue Spa, your loss!!
I just called to book my Groupon voucher package (60mins Detox massage package) and am having it refunded.
I gave Lisa -the receptionist my voucher number but she could not locate it on the system. I said perhaps because I literally just purchased it. I gave her the voucher number again but she still could not verify on her system and was insisting I provide her either the voucher number or my credit card.
After providing her the voucher number again at least 3x, she still could not locate it, to verify and confirm booking my appointment. I explained the technical issue was not my concern, My only concern was booking my appointment two (2) weeks in advance. She said without the proper voucher number or my credit card, she could not book me.
I asked for a manager but of course, there was not one available. I asked for a call back, she said probably not and hung up!
Obviously, this seems to be another asian-style massage that doesn't truly care about their clients so I'm cancelling my vouchers for a refund and counting my Blessings that I didn't book here to waste my money with a business who is only out for my money and not to truly service me or have me as a long time client.

Hue Spa Detox Clinic is housed in a cute little yellow house (with a small parking lot at the back). It faces Finch Avenue and is literally just a few minutes’ walking from Finch subway station.
I arrived inside, took off my shoes at the entrance, and put on one of the slippers that they had there for guests. It was a quaint and nicely decorated space. I approached the female staff at the reception desk and informed her that I was there for the 11 a.m. 60-minute massage appointment and that I had a Groupon voucher for it.
She gave me a laminated instruction sheet that detailed what the procedure would be for the 60 minutes detox massage and taxes weren’t included yet and that the tip was based on the original price of the massage and not what I had paid for on Groupon. I wanted to pay the taxes then and there but she instructed me to do that afterwards since she had some other things to explain to me later.
After I read it, I gave the sheet back to her and she asked me to wait in the waiting room. I visited the ladies’ room first and then sat in the waiting room with some others.
A massage therapist with a name that started with a “R” took me to the second floor of the house for my massage.
The room was a typical massage room with a massage bed in it. There was a small basket where I could place my belongings and hooks on the wall to hang my jacket and clothes. There was some soothing music playing out of a boombox in the room. She gave me some time to prepare before she returned again to begin the massage.
She provided some aroma oils for me to smell and unwind for the massage. She asked me if there were any problem areas I wanted to focus on or if I had any injuries. She also asked me if the pressure she was using was okay for me or not. She was very professional. I really enjoyed the full massage!
First, she started off with the massage of the back and then massaged with hot oil. The hot oil was so relaxing against the skin. She also used hot stones for my back massage too! It was so, so relaxing! The heat from the hot stones really helped to soothe away any tension I had.
The massage I got was the "60 minutes Detox Massage: Deep tissue massage (35 min) + Aroma oil massage (10 min ) + Hot Stone Massage (15 min)".
She then moved on to the arms and legs which were very effective. It was so relaxing. I was very impressed with her service! She also used a hot towel at the end to help me wipe off the excess oils. I left the room feeling very relaxed and invigorated.
I paid the taxes and tip before I left.
All in all, I would recommend Hue Spa. Their service is definitely professional and top-notch. They have several massage therapists too. The female receptionist also offered me a one-time special deal if I were to return back for more massages, but since I am not often in the North York area, I didn’t think it was convenient for me to return often for it to be worth it. Otherwise, if you are in the North York area, this is definitely a great spa to try!

Upon arrival at the location I noticed the rack of slippers they want you to wear. I watched the customer before me take them off her dirty feet and replace them into the rack. I asked if they cleaned them. They assured me they did but could not tell me how! When I went to the room I noticed the sheets had wet oil drops and hair from the last patron! I kindly asked them to change all the sheets before we began! The girl did a good job but your hour is really only 45 minutes because they wait until the very moment of your appointment to come get you and cleanliness is clearly not a priority!
