Staff failed to tell me the parking out front is a tow zone after 5pm (there are no signs). So my spa experience was ok but leaving the spa to my car being gone was hell. The receptionist says it happens all the time but no signs or warnings from the spa. $500 extra in car ticket and fees. Will certainly not be going back !

Mould mould mould - and smells coming from the tubs and shower areas.
This spa harassed me and ignored my disability. This was not relaxing and they still have not done anything about it. The staff were beyond rude. This place does not support women with disabilities. I am still shocked by my experience. .
I wear a medical decider bag requires a phone connection. Their staff were not knowledgeable and kicked us out in front of others. The place was such low class and not spa level cleanliness or service.
They have not addressed the damage that this experience caused as I worry they will repeat this with others facing disabilities or unique health needs.
Don’t go!

I was gifted a spa package and unfortunately I was not able to attend ok the day it was booked for.
I tried to call the spa (several times) nobody ever answers the phone there.
I left voice-mail and phoned the next day to arrange for a new date for my package.
A few hours later someone phoned me back to say I'd be charged a 50% fee to change the date (50% of the price of my package). I was never told about cancelation fees, I was never sent a confirmation email. The voice mail they left me said "you can make any changes as needed" with no mention of any additional fees. I was told a manager would call me back to sort out the issue. It's been 3 days and many many ignored voice mails later and I'm still waiting.
I have yet to resolve the issue with Body Blitz as they will not return my phone calls or emails. They did charge the credit card right away though.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from any business.

Arrived for a massage appointment and they said I wasn't booked despite having scheduled the appointment the day before. The manager denied that staff could have made an error and refused entry as a good will gesture despite lack of customers. The encounter was unpleasant, unprofessional and friends have confirmed similar experiences. I will not be returning.

I visited the West location. The staff were friendly, the pool was really nice (albeit a bit noisy but it was a Sat afternoon with a lot of people so to be expected). The sauna was great, the steam room was a bit too much for me (I found it hard to breathe, but that might just be me- I've never been in one and probably won't again). My appointment was great and the lady who worked on me was lovely (I wish I remembered her name!). Also had a juice by the pool, it was delicious. Thinking I'll take my mom here for a massage.

If you are still crazy about Covid - this place is definitely for you. They still ask for proof of vaccination (even though it was cancelled in the province on March 1) and make you wear a mask EVERYWHERE (even in a pool) (except for steam room - wow). Mask becomes wet, makes it hard to breather but no one cares. Funny enough you must wear a mask but you don't have to wear the top of your swim suit. Feels like you are in prison as employees watch very thoroughly and if the mask goes down even a bit, they make sure to tell you that. No way you can relax and enjoy experience. Totally disappointed.

Very very very bad. So controlled and not relaxing at all. To be forced to swim with masks in the pool and mask in sauna is absolute nonsense!

My biggest issue with the space (with both locations) is that there is far too much chlorine used in the pools. Every time I leave I can taste it and smell it for hours. Other than that, it's great to have as a nearby spa option. If you can go when there is less traffic, it's a nice few hours to unwind and relax. I don't go as often as I would like to purely because of the chlorine.

Massage was excellent. Very intuitive to my needs & restrictions. I found the therapy pools, sauna & mist room a bit too crowded for me but that may have been time of day (noon)

I had a bad allergic reaction to the ‘face and scalp ‘ treatment. The customer service I received afterwards was awful. Horrible experience.

Which location is better, east or west? I'd like to visit for my birthday by myself, and am looking for a quiet experience, in a higher end, relaxing spa.

I do not think you will be disappointed at either location. Quietness will depend on the time and day that you go, but even when it is busy and ladies are chatting it is still very peaceful.
