Went with some business colleagues. Amazing cocktails, tasty complementary snacks and really good sharing nibbles. Prompt friendly service, elegant surroundings, lots of beautiful people to watch...who could ask for anything more?

I never got here to try it out. My daughter wanted to go here, so I called up and made a reservation for 2 of us for Afternoon Tea. They wanted my email address to send a confirmation, but when I received it, it contained a PDF I was to print off, fill out with my credit card information then scan and email back. This would take me gobs of time to do, and was not mentioned when I booked. Thinking this didn't apply to a booking for 2 people, I called back to confirm, and was told I had to fill it out. So, I cancelled. I'll take my chances as a walk-in, or more likely go to the myriad other places in Toronto that offer Afternoon Tea.

The savoury food was good. The sweets lacked creativity, a brownie with an ace on it doesn't rectify the $54 price tag. It took them almost 30 minutes to seat us and at least 10-15 to get our complimentary sparkling wine. The poor waitresses had dollar store costumes on and the theme wasn't brought to life at all. We did have great service, but the rest of it let us down. I would recommend going to another place if you're looking for a high tea experience.

excellent drop in spot to find a cure for your day. fabulous bartenders, and very decent food menu. excellent patio, weather obviously permitting. cozy fireplace alcove makes a great hiding spot.

The bar at the Ritz Carlton hotel was fun.
We ordered drinks and apps. The fries and lobster was good.
The service was amazing and the waitress was constantly checking with us. This is great customer service.
The wine was good but too dry for my taste.
The lounge had a great ambiance and was fun. It was not too loud and music was good.

Stopped in to star gaze and grab a drink between our movies. Had an up close & personal with Gerard Butler who was enjoying the outdoor patio with a small entourage as well as a sighting of Michael Wekerle. THE place to be seen. Drinks were good but serving popcorn for a munchie with a $20 glass of wine? SERIOUSLY??? Come on people. Service was good. Ambiance cool and hip. Loved it and will go back for sure. Bar menu very limited.

Nice location, great hotel, fun and relaxing bar..The patio is quite roomy and ambiance is relaxing and upbeat.. A few nice drink choices, ppl there seem to be well mannered and friendly. Great for young professions, tourist or business people to hang around

An evening with business colleagues at this very nice located terrace.
Food with Peru touches was delicious and opened a new horizon of tastes.
Drinks were refreshing and the service was spectacular.

We went here for their afternoon tea. They are having a fashion week theme for the month of March, they have set up a red carpet and the servers are dressed up for the occasion. The physical environment in general was somewhat cold, but clean and modern. The servers were attentive and friendly. We were served a glass of prosecco to start (was part of the package) which was delightful. I have to say despite the high end and aromatic tea selection they had, it was very limited in comparison to other places I have visited with full menus. In my opinion the tea was just ok. The finger foods were nice, tasty, and beautifully presented. I wasn't as impressed with the dessert portion of the afternoon tea as it was a similar selection of sugar and more sugar. I just couldn't distinguish where one begin and the other ended. It was somewhat overwhelming as I do not have much of a sweet tooth. They do have a table with a fireplace so if you go you may want to request it. I wish I had known! They also added gratuity to our bill, we were just a table for 2 so I am not sure why this was done, I found it somewhat presumptuous, the website only mentions this being done for parties of 8 or more.I did appreciate that they did not rush us out as most places tend to do. Overall I am glad we went and anyone who is looking for afternoon tea should check it out. Do not let my personal opinion deter you, as I think most people would enjoy it. I am noting some of my personal preferences.
