Un bon point spécial à la dame de l'accueil, très charmante et souriante, Ce batiment offre depuis son 31ème étage un point de vue tout à fait original et une vue à 360° sur la ville avec des explications sur tous les immeubles. Une bonne idée

Very unhappy with the check in process. I had to use a computer (they only have one computer for the lines of visitors) to manually type in my Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address (twice) and then select on same computer my choice of ticket. Next I had to manually enter all my credit card information on the same computer. Hasn't this company heard of touch screens and credit card readers?

Visite intéressante pour avoir une vision globale de la ville ( en fin de séjour après avoir visiter!) et aussi par les éléments historiques expliqués.

L'edificio dell'Osservatorio non brilla certo per originalità architettonica, ma dai suoi 221 metri d'altezza offre un bel panorama su Québec. Dall'alto ci si rende anche conto di quanto sia estesa questa che sembra una "piccola" città. Spiegazioni ovunque che descrivono cosa si sta vedendo. Ingresso $15. Da fare magari subito appena arrivati. Maggio 2019.

Une vue panoramique de tous les côtés de la tour qui nous a permis de voir Quebec ville du « ciel» et avec la neige en prime super cadeau . Voir la citadelle et les plaines d’Abraham recouvertes de neige ce fut grandiose..... Génial

Besides the grand views you could see from all directions, the walls are decorated with facts and figures about Quebec City, the Province and Canada. A fun visit and easy to get to and quite reasonably priced

We went on our last full day in Québec, and loved being able to look down on the places we'd visited - could see the river and dock, city walls, Citadel, Plains of Abraham, etc. It wasn't at all crowded, no wait for the elevator, well worth the price. Fun information on all the inner walls. (Mais, si vous voulez lire les phrases pour les enfants, il faut comprendre français!)

Things that are large in scale, such as the Plains of Abraham, La Citadelle, and Les Fortifications, etc., look better when they are viewed at the Observatoire de la Capitalea. At this high elevation, everything looks better at the proper perspective. You can also see how the St. Lawrence River meanders past the Old Port. Of course, it is vital that the visit is on a clear day.

A trip to the top is well worth the time and money as there is a 360 degree view of the city plus a short featuring a guy jumping off the top and sailing about town.
