Visited Eagle Heights Friday 17/11/‘23, with my husband on pre- booked Alpaca Trek at 1pm, we arrived early , greeted by helpful reception staff, who pointed out display times, refreshments etc, we saw the 12pm amazing bird/falcon display , two members of staff pleasant, informative made the tour interesting, after tour met up with the brilliant Alex our Alpacca guide, he to so informative answering questions from the 5 people on our tour , gave us interesting facts on Alpaccas who he genuinely cares for, halfway through the trek , stopped to feed Alpaccas, Alex gave each of us food in our hands for Alpaccas to eat from, then on walk back, Alex stopped walk to take our photos with Alpaccas and the amazing view of Kent countryside, we lucky with weather, a sunny November day, we stopped for light lunch onsite, all staff we encountered were friendly, I recommend a visit ,

When we reached there we met a lovely lady for our VIP tour her name is M , she was so lovely and kind and jolly, the display was lovely and the owl experience flying and handling the owl was the best and knowing all about the birds of prey and the fury friends feeding the alpacas the kids enjoyed it so much that we be thinking of going again ❤️

Amazing day at eagle heights. Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. They had two displays during the day with a selection of the birds, each session was filled with great information and everyone in the audience got a good close up of the birds. The hot chocolate in the café was really nice as the weather was chilly.
Be careful of the unmarked speed bump just before the car park entrance.

My other half and I went for the VIP experience and I can without hesitation recommend this, we had Emily as our expert and she was totally knowledgeable and completely passionate about her birds and animals there. The experience started with a walkabout tour then a flying show highlighting some of the birds, after lunch the tour was completed and we got to feed the alpacas. Then another flying display and owl experience in the afternoon all in all an excellent day filled with interaction with birds and animals great day out. The only sad thing was the huskies were in quarantine because of kennel cough other than that perfect. A big thank you to all the staff at the centre and a special mention for Emily who was outstanding.

Had a fantastic day at this venue
The lady who took us round was really knowledgable & made the talk interesting
And the man who took the show was great fun & knew his stuff
Even when the falcon hybrid took off chasing something & took time to come back

Reasonably priced and nice inside area to eat your picnic, with yummy cake from the cafe. Enjoyed the meerkats but felt that the birds of prey and husky cages were to small. I know the staff get them out regularly for talks and experiences but animals like that need more space.

We had not visited for years. The displays are incredible. Care is taken to ensure that everyone can view the birds that are out for the displays, the staff will take them round. A cafe with sensible selection of sandwiches, some cakes, fruit cake which is ideal because not too rich, nice tea and coffee. Plenty to see while you wait for the displays. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had not intended to do so, but stayed for the day, must leaving before one bird at the end being brought out. Beautiful surroundings.

I come here often because I love it here but did a husky kennel experience and it was the best! The dogs are so well behaved, seem happy and love meeting people which is so lovely to see. We got to spend an hour with them and meet pretty much all of the dogs that live there!! I will definitely be buying another experience and supporting these guys, the staff are always so welcoming and lovely also!!

Alpaca trek………..what a walk! Beautiful views and an alpaca at your side!!!! So calming and you just couldn’t help smiling the whole time! I can see this becoming a regular item in my life! Highly recommended!!! Thank you for my amazing day out

My husband and I did the meerkat experience. It was brilliant! we got to feed them they climbed all over us, it was soo cute. Was well worth it. We also watched the birds of prey show, which was also interesting. I learnt a lot. I would recommend it!

We have a Tearooms onsite. They serve Sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes, hot dogs etc. They also have a selection of delicious cakes, tray bakes, muffins and hot drinks.
Vegan options are also available.
Prices are competitive with similar attractions.

Yes there is a cafe there, and there are also tables behind/outside the cafe where you could picnic, with a childs play area.
You can't take food to the arena when sitting down for bird displays.

I think you should allow at least 2 to 3 hours for your visit to enjoy all the attractions.

Hello, we have bought tickets for tha Santa experience and was hoping to come to you on the 20th. When I tried to book the day I was only able to book for the 22nd. I was wondering if it would be possible to still come on the 20 th as my partner is a paramedic and has very limited time and would have liked to spend the day with us too. Hi there we have booked our Husky Teepee experience for the 20th Feb with our two nephews who are 7 and 5 years old, if we arrive early on the 20th will we have access to the other attractions at Eagle Heights?
What equipment do we need to bring with us for the evening stay in the Teepee? Sleeping bags, chairs, pillows etc...?

Hi, We are open from 11am on the 20th February so it is fine to come early. You need to bring warm bedding as although there are wood burning stoves in the Tepees these may go out whilst you are sleeping. No bedding is included in this deal.
How many hours does it take to complete the whole park? We have to leave at half past 2 and I'm not entirely sure that it is worth it even if we get there for half past 10 it's opening time

Hiya
Your day at Eagle Heights is what you make of it... some people stay for a couple of hours and some stay for the whole day!
If you arrive for 10:30am and leave at half past 2, you will still get to see the 12noon flying display (lasts about an hour)... and if you are visiting at the weekend, there may also be another show before 2:30pm with the huskies etc....!
