I’m sorry you were disappointed that we closed the Aqua Park at the end of September this year, our opening dates for 2019 were published in November 2018, and availability was online. Unfortunately we opened in October for the first time in 2018 and the feedback from the few customers who attended in October was that it was far too cold and not an enjoyable experience. We therefore took the decision to close the Aqua Park in line with previous years at the end of September for 2019. We do run other water activities throughout October and November, but these activities are on-water activities rather than in water activities, which means customers more likely to enjoy the sessions as they will not spend much time in the water. The activities we run are Wakeboarding (20min sessions), Kayaking, Paddleboarding and Monster Paddleboards, all of which are enjoyable activities that can be run when the water temperature drops. I think it is a little harsh to give us a 1Star rating for one of our activities being closed when we have advertised the opening dates almost 12months in advance.
