It looks grand from Outside and its Clean & serene once you get in. There is a big hall and we spend some peaceful time. Langar food was tasty.

Gurudwaras are such peaceful places..I was so delighted when i could visit this Gurudwara ... Immaculately clean...Could sit for some time in peace...The langar was divine...It is infact the largest gurudwara in London

Based on Sikh Temple, Excellent Langar, wicked taste! Very Clean, & Soothing environment. Guru ka Parshad is Excellent!!! Parking is no issue (unless there is an event). I personally have had great experience here that words can't explain! My Advise: Visit on a day when there is no further plans, clear conscious, Zero Thoughts & no expectations or calculations in mind.

The food was very wholesome and good lunch.
I recommend this to those who don't want to eat in restaurants.
This feels like as though the God himself is serving you a nice hearty meal.

Came here with a friend and the people inside were quite welcoming and friendly towards me. Learned quite about the history of this gudwara which makes you appreciate other people's struggles in the UK.

When you see the temple it reminds you of indian golden temple its a very historical and beautiful place to see and visit and when you go inside your soul feels so relaxed and free from the outside world alot of time and money has gone into making the temple and people from all cultures and backgrounds are welcome to come inside and pay their respects to God and you will see the pictures of our gods and the history behind Sikhism won't tell me too much will leave it upto to come and see for yourself but women must be covered at all times and only wear trousers or jeans at of respect and all must cover their heads

The place is quite huge with two halls, dining and main area for prayers and visits.
Food is quite good and you can see young and old people serving the visitors.
Prayer hall itself is very peaceful to disconnect from the outer material world/noise.
All have to cover head with cloth all the times.

had my cousins wedding here recenty, so you have approx. 400 people who are moving around the ground floor area, there is a large opening reception type area where people are slowly moving into.
Along comes this dipstick supposedly security guard – security only because he is dressed in black with a high vis on. Hes is harassing everyone in the hall telling them to remove their shoes and get out of that area if you have shoes on. This is not upstairs this is not the langer hall this is an open area of the ground floor. Anyway its soon pointed out that all this time he has a pair of slippers on, when challenged on this he soon backed off from us at least. Then along comes a member of the executive committee a [-]. What a fool he also has slippers on. I asked him about the slippers and was told that they are rubber – never the less they are shoes. His response now is that he is there 24 hours a day ( probably raiding the golak ), so I asked if I bought in ubber shoes could I wear them in this area….. a prompt no and go away security guard turns up now also in his slippers. Apparently when I am there 24 hours I can wear slippers around the place. These guys spoil what could be a good environment with the trumped up studipness.
So during the wedding there is a request for donations to the building fund !!! this is a 25 million pound temple serious a building fund maybe the committee should put back some of they money they take every week.

Good day. My wife and I will attend a funeral coming Friday after 10 AM I your temple. Coming from Kent, our taxi will drop us off at 8 AM. Is there an opportunity for us to remember our friendship with Pal Sherman and enjoy something to eat and drink in the premises between arrival and ceremony?
