Lovely day out with my friends, such a lovely environment we were greeted by a young man think his name was bobby super helpful and made the experience EXCELLENT! fully recommend this place for gathering and events. Thinking of booking another trip in 2025! thank you again to the young woman!

I can’t express how good the staff are. I went on the 13th August lunchtime and each staff member was friendly and professional Leanne and a young man Alex I think were both great and nothing was too much trouble

We went to a murder mystery night that included painting some pottery of our choice. It was a fun evening, Julie and Leanne were excellent hosts and the atmosphere was friendly and fun. We’ll definitely go again!

Love this place. Friendly staff. Great variety. Great prices and great finish. We did Friday with friends mixed with the murder mystery and it was great fun! Super that you can bring booze with you too and bring a takeaway. Big thank you to Julie and Leanne for great service and telling us how we are their favourite group :)

Brilliant little date spot for me & my girlfriend. Great selection of items to paint & reasonably priced too! Very chilled atmosphere with good drinks selection. I recommend the Biscoff Milkshake!
Staff were incredibly helpful & friendly, Lisa gave us the rundown & sorted us with all the information. The rest of the staff, Zoe, Lily & Alfie were also super chatty & a pleasure to be around & when i asked them to settle a debate about our painting competition, they happily obliged (I won).
Overall, absolutely recommend Mad Hatters for couples or friend groups as a fun activity!

Great service and coffee. All the staff are fantastic. They do everything they can to help you - either if you are painting or just creating great coffee for you.

Myself and my partner had finished our exams and decided to try out the cafe for a reward. Upon arrival Chloe showed us to our table and explained about picking pottery and when we had chosen Leanne came over and gave us an informative explanation about how the process worked even answering our difficult questions 😂
Being a weekday out of the holidays we wern’t rushed and we’re regularly asked by Leanne if there was anything else she could do for us.
The icing on the cake was being shown the kilning process as she unloaded and loaded the kiln.
Leanne told us about Friday with Friends when we checked out and we are looking to return with a bigger group in the near future. Thank you Mad Hatters

Had my daughter’s birthday party today and received an excellent service! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and I will definitely be returning :)

Just had a brilliant birthday party at Mad Hatters and they were amazing. Great fun pottery painting, a good birthday tea and the staff couldn’t do enough for us - so friendly and helpful. Thank you!
