Everything was brilliant other than the start. We were told to get there for 4.15pm, being 5 minutes late due to traffic and roadworks travelling from derby and was threatened that it will need to be moved to another day. Wasn’t fair on those that had already arrived. This needs to be made really clear or have a buffer time. Not easy to rearrange for 14 who have spent over £400 at your business for a 30th. First 10 minutes was stressful!

Awful customer service and very unhelpful staff!
We were 4 minutes late for our first session of go karting and was unable to take part due to being late but we was also unable to go to our second session for some reason even though we was over 45 minutes early!! This had ruined our stag weekend as they wouldn’t say if they could fit us in later that day aswell
Very unresponsive aswell trying to contact the head office numerous calls and emails. Very disappointing and would advise people to stay clear

Absolutely disgusting service, has ruined a stag party because their staff don’t no their own rules and has left the stags son who’s 12 in a week and is the legal height not been able to ride even though we had checked multiple times he can ride. This has always ruined the brides hen do as her so called upset

Went to the outlet at Nottingham twice and got scammed twice. Never going again, highly dont recommend.
First time I went, I booked the 2 x 15 mins session for 28 pounds. Did not have existing balaclava and gloves, and was told to spend 6 pounds for it (3.50 for balaclava and 2.50 for gloves). However, when I went there the second time, I was given an option to buy gloves or to rent them for free. As such, I only needed to spent 3.50 on balaclava for the first visit but this information was not told to me.
The second time I went, I signed up for the 3 for 2 promotion sessions (3 x 15 mins sessions for the price of 2). We were not told that we will only be racing for 2 extended sessions and were only told at the end of the second session. If we signed up for 3 sessions, I think its fair to have 3 sessions.
Lastly , NEVER SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP, its a complete scam. There are so many underlying requirements to the benefits. For instance, in order to redeem your birthday complimentary ride, you have to pay a full priced session first.
Great facilities and good karts, but very shady company that tries to take advantage of customers in everyway possible.
Highly wouldnt recommend.

This was my first time trying Go Karting and I had a great time, would definitely recommend trying it. The staff were lovely and helpful. I will be going again in the future

This is now the 3rd time that we have come to Team Sport Nottingham, staff have been great every time, go-carts always in good condition, a great day out for the family. Will be back again soon! Cheers everyone!

My son who is 8 absolutely loved his first go karting experience at team sports 👍 The staff were great and we booked another go karting experience straight after he had finished as he loved it that much

Great track and great karts. Team was nice and we had a great time. Close to a Morrisons which is nice too. The experience itself was thrilling and I would definitely go again.
