Sitting amongst the tanks, with a good sound track in the background and the food van dolling out a great selection, we spent a delightful afternoon sharing 2 paddles of top quality craft beer. Ever reliable, Sauce Brewing was a great spot to spend Anzac afternoon. Great selection across the taps, and the 2 up game in courtyard was fun for all.

On our Brewery hopping trail, we went to this one as had heard the beers they brew are different than the lot.
Ordered two different paddles and bartender was helpful with his suggestions.
Crafts were good, was hoping to get a good hazy IPA but they had New England to offer, wasn't that bad.
Tried the blue milkshake which wasn't suited to my taste at all.
Good place with heated outdoor seating for groups. Clean washrooms and chill vibes

First visit in a while - the improved beer garden is great as it has more shade. The beers remain tasty. Alas, the condition of the toilets was a disgrace - clearly not cleaned in a long time (see photos) which gives me concern to the overall hygiene standards of the venue.

A large and vast selection of beers on tap, friendly chatty staff, and tasting paddles are great if you're unsure of what to try. Probably has the best beer garden of all the Marrickville breweries, especially on a sunny day, although they have awnings up for when it rains. In my opinion, they have probably the best tasting IPAs in the area as well. Check out the Facebook page to see which food trucks are on site throughout the week, however you can pick up a few hot pies and cold pastries from Bourke Street Bakery as you're walking in and eat them inside.

クラフトビールのブルワリーです。味はとてもおいしく種類もあります。newtownとマリックビルの間にありますが、バスで行けます。

Marrickville es a Sydney como Brooklyn a Nueva York: un barrio donde hay muchas muy buenas cervecerías artesanales con un taproom abierto al público, como Sauce. Muy buenas cervezas en un ambiente agradable, con los tanques de fermentacion al costado. Un food truck complementa las cervezas.

Hubby and I came for some craft beer and had our daughter with us too. We sat outside which was really spacious and well spread out. The beer of course was amazing. We are fans of hop sauce so it was great to try them on tap. Good atmosphere, we will definitely be back. We didn’t have food here but it smelt amazing!

This place was recommended by a mate who really enjoys craft beer. The venue is nice, with the bar (incl seating) in the heart of the brewery and decent sized beer garden out the back. They have a good selection of beers on tap. Tasting paddles are $14 for 4 samples - all were very tasty but their Hot Sauce Pale Ale was my favourite. 300ml glasses are around $6 upwards. Tasting notes provided.

Unexpectedly good! Great range of beers with indoor and huge outdoor area. Would be a great spot in summer.

Went here to try some of their craft beers, they all had unusual names and different strengths and were excellent, as well as a lovely Apple cider. Also has a garden to sit in out the back, it was so nice out there that we decided to stay instead of moving to another brewery.
