We did a tour today as a new caterer in town- we wanted to do a site visit and understand the space and resources so we can really support our clients that want us to work with them on their event. We met with Winter - she was professional, warrm, and extremely knowledgable about the town, services and events. Really great meeting we had today to get us moving in inspired action. It was our first time trying snow tubing and it was so much fun. It is only about 45min drive from Toronto on a Sunday afternoon. The place is easy to locate.
The staff are really fun which makes the whole experience unforgettable.
They also have a snack shop and they serve burgers, hotdog, fries, poutine and some chips. They also have hot and cold drinks.
As for the fee, $25 per person for 2 hrs is really worth it.

Such a fun day tubing for all ages. 2 hours was plenty. Staff were AMAZING on the hills, so fun and friendly. Cafeteria is a little pricey but polite and clean. Bring refillable water bottles because they had run out of bottled when we were there at 10am. Nice area to sit by the fire or play. Overall have been a few times and always have a great time.

Fabulous Spot! Staff amazing, ensuring everyone to have a great time but keeping safety #1. Facility was clean and well marked for where to go.

Absolutely nothing but positive things to say about our experience. The young adults running the tube hill were a pleasure to deal with, check in was so easy and knowledgeable it was our first time to the area and they informed us of other great spots to check out! The food there was also very good! Overall an incredible experience.

Everything is good, except the customer service. Always when I asked something to them, they said I don’t know, I don’t have, I can’t… blablabla. Example: I asked for a ticket and they said I don’t have, even they didn’t give me an option to looked online so I did it by myself and I realized that they had a lot of tickets. Seriously?!!! Anyways. Things like that all the time there.

We went tubing on February 11th after having to reschedule several times. The staff had been incredibly patient and accommodating in allowing us to reschedule.
When we got there, our 3-year-old was given a ticket to go tubing as it turns she was tall enough to go with us. The staff member helping us with our tickets was friendly and really nice.
The staff at the top and bottom of the hills were all very friendly, smiling as they watched people go down, makin sure that if we hit the orange barriers, we were not injured and helped get the littles out of the way of other tubers.
I would 100% recommend heading to the ROC for tubing. They also had a sled hill and ski/snowboard hill.
The washrooms were really clean, which was a major bonus!

Nice, fast and long hill for snowtubing. So much fun for kids and adults! You can have a snack in a chalet

bought tickets for 4-6PM Sunday night... the first hour sucked... got 2 runs in the first hour...... line up was long and did not flow smoothly... the second hour was way better and we got a lot more runs in... obviously less people but if selling tickets for certain hours should make sure can accommodate the flow... waiting 25 + minutes between runs is stupid and a waste of time.... would I go back? maybe one more time to see if it improved..
