Our scuba centre from Singapore (Fishermen Scuba Studio) partnered with RTDC for our dive trip to Pulau Weh. We did a total of 10 dives with RTDC over 3 days.
Crew was extremely helpful, especially with helping us to get in and out of the water. Dive master Bin was attentive and very helpful in spotting things during our dives. If we couldn't spot the creatures he was pointing out to us, he would swim over to show us the creatures so that we wouldn't miss out on anything.
We did deep dives, drift dives, dusk dives, and a night dive. We also managed to get experience navigating currents. I especially recommend the dusk dives as that is when you get to see the changing of shift between the day and nocturnal creatures (lots of activity and very fascinating to watch!).
If you like large pelagic fish, Pulau Weh is great. We spotted a school of over 30 rays (devil and eagle), black tip reef sharks, moray eels (as large as our thighs), sting rays, lobsters, octopus, school of barracudas, giant trevally, giant tuna and more.. If you're into micro life, there is not as much to see.. I only spotted 2 or 3 nudibranchs on this trip.

We did 7 dives with RTDC. Personally guided by Isfan one of the partner RTDC. We went to Canyon, Arus Balee, Pulau Rubiah, Batee Tokong, East Selako, West Selako and Pante Penateng.
Since most dives are current dive, Isfant guided dives had made our dives pleasant by planning on where to go depending on the current. We drift dive most of the time.
Other than competent, Isfant is very friendly and showed us good time. Very accomodative too.
We come across school of jacks, school of baracuda, devils ray, black tip sharks, giant morrays, giant trevally and the list goes on..
Other than the usual full service dive, Isfant even fixed up my octopus! Thanks RTDC for the pleasant experience. Looking forward to come back!

My daughter and I had no diving experience and we took certification with Safwan, who is a fantastic skilled instructor. For four days, he took care of us in a patient, safe, and educational way. Step by step he taught us the basic skills. As a university teacher I am impressed of his pedagogical skills. An incredible experience to dive at this place and we hope we will have the opportunity to return.

I'm just back from Sabang and get a diving license after taking open water course.
They have a good instructor for diving, especially for a newbie that wants to learn about diving. Someday, I'll back to this place again :)

I have splash experiences diving there! The surface interval time at the land (Mus shop) at the front of the beach which was convenient to have a cup of Nescafe without sugar and milk. My DM is fine. Not a waste to dive with them again

Alles verloopt vrij chaotisch bij deze duikschool. Bovendien weinig persoonlijke aandacht en de materialen zien er wat verouderd uit. De duiklaarzen waren half verrot, masker sloot niet goed en inflator kwam lucht uit onder water. Daardoor was eerste duik niet comfortabel. Tussen de duiken door zat veel tijd. De tweede duik was een erg mooie duik met oa veel alen, een aantal haaien, zeeschildpad en veel lionfish. Bij terugkomst was er geen aandacht meer voor ons. Duikcomputer konden ze niet uitlezen. Betalen moesten we mee wachten, want de eigenaar was naar het dorp en daarna duurde het nog erg lang voordat we eindelijk werden teruggebracht naar ons resort.

Rubiah tirta diver salah satu dive center yang recommended. memiliki staf yang berpengalaman dan pemilik dive center ini sangat helpfull sudah 2 kali menggunakan dive center ini jika diving di pulau weh. dan dive center ini juga memberikan pelatihan sertifikasi diving buat yang akan belajar diving

For a day Andy took us for a snorkling trip. We are a family with two boys (14 and 16). We had a wonderful day. The boys enjoyed it a lot. Andy knows al the right spots for snorkling, nice place to lunch and takes all the time during the day. He is a great guy, takes good care of you and makes fun. He provide you with information about the ocean, the fishes and the coral. We would reallly like to recommend Andy.

혼자 가도 원하는 포인트로 다이빙할 수 있도록 진행해 주고 잘 챙겨줍니다.
유쾌하고 행복해 보이는 스텝들때문에 여행 기간동안 함께 즐거웠습니다.
리조트와 함꼐 운영하고 있어 다이빙과 숙박을 함께 예약할 수 있어 편했습니다.

I did 9 dives diving with these guys within 3-day dive trip and It was simply amazing. Everything went smoothly. They set up everything I need for my dives and the dive guides, Deh and Mun, were just outstanding. These guys are local, probably have logged like hundreds of dives in this area, I dont know...that's just my assumption, so they have abundant knowledge about, well basically everything. And I mean everything. From the changes or shifts in currents, how to go through your dive spot without a hitch, to the best spot for your macro or big fish show, they know it like the back of their hands. That's why I feel so safe diving with these guys. One gripe I had probably regarding their equipment maintenance. At one dive, my regulator leaked and suddenly making a loud hissing sound and we were already on our way to the dive spot with a small boat. Luckily they have another bigger boat around which just happened on the way to the same dive site. So they offered to change the regulator with a new one. But all in all, Weh is just wonderful, I really enjoyed diving here, and probably will come back some other time in the future.
