Love BioSpirit! I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Chelsea. From start to finish, every aspect of my session was nothing short of incredible.
Chelsea's expertise was evident from the moment I stepped into the serene and welcoming environment. Her profound knowledge of various massage techniques and understanding of the human body left me with complete confidence in her abilities. Chelsea's professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy the session.
The massage itself was an absolute delight. Chelsea had a remarkable ability to identify and target the areas of tension and discomfort in my body. It was evident that she possessed a genuine passion for her craft, as every movement was executed with precision and care.

Great massage by Bev. Her experience shows in an excellent service experience. Facility was pleasant. Best Tahoe massage I’ve had over a few years when visiting!

I got a classic facial from Jenny and it was probably the more relaxing facial I have ever had. I already feel like my skin looks better. I would 100% recommend this place and plan to go back, it was awesome.

I had the 3 hour Body and Face Renewal package plus the InfraRed treatment. Jennifer (Jenny) was amazing. She made me very comfortable and her attention to detail was spot on! After the full 3 hours I was feeling great and my face glowed. If you add up all the treatments in the package you have the best deal in town. I felt pampered and the all the staff were very welcoming, friendly and accomodating. If you visit Lake Tahoe take the time to visit here. You won't be disappointed!

Hands down one of the best spa treatments in my life and I have splurged in Napa and Calistoga. My girlfriend and I went for the Tahoe Body Renewal. It was worth every penny! The exfoliation scrub and body mask makes your skin glow, but they top it off with a peppermint scalp massage to die for. After a major scrub down, you go into a nice warm shower to cleanse and then return to the table for a 90 minute massage. Pamper yourself, you won't regret it. Ask for Bev because she has the most wonderful hands and adjusts to what you need. The spa is clean and inviting and I am definitely going there again!

Wow! I’m not sure if I have enough adjectives to say wonderful things about Jenny! Today I had a three hour session with her. It included a body scrub, body massage, foot therapy and a facial. I have not been this relaxed in years and NEVER had a facial or massage this great. Jenny was sweet and professional at the same time and did I mention amazing at her job. I’m visiting Tahoe and while staying in town saw multiple other spas, I was worried that I may have picked the wrong one since it is a little off the beaten path. But go here! Jenny won’t disappoint!

I had an excellent deep tissue massage from Chelsea this weekend. It was a 10 out of 10. Chelsea was professional, and knowledgeable. It was one of the most therapeutic, on point massages that I have ever had. I was having lower back, and shoulder pain, that was completely resolved in one 1.5 hr session. The spa was very clean and comfortable. The eucalyptus steam room was amazing! I highly recommend getting work done here, your back will thank you.

Very pleased with the massage, facial, and body scrub 3-hour package. The service was so friendly and accommodating. What I also like is that 3 HOURS means 3 HOURS. Definitely, a must-do and I will be going back again. Highly recommend!!!

Very pleased with massages received on Saturday by daughter and self. The owner, Theresa, was sweet and very helpful in booking the concurrent 1-hour massages for us, and we enjoyed chatting with her while waiting for our appointment time. My therapist was Coco, whom I highly recommend. She's strong and intuitive on reading the body. I left feeling looser and relaxed.
