Locked out of my building, I called for help, and they arrived so quickly! The locksmith was professional and had me back inside in no time. I couldn’t believe how stress-free the whole process was. Highly recommend their service if you ever find yourself in a similar bind!

This is an outpost of the Black Country Living Museum.
We got a very warm welcome from the volunteer guides and found it a very interesting place to visit; both the house tour and the forge demonstration were fascinating.
I would definitely recommend a visit.

We are a members of an industrial hisory society and 22 of us travelled out to Willenhall by public transport from Hertfordshire and Lancashire for the most amazing afternoon at The Locksmiths' House.
Whilst Lizzie took half of the group back in time with her entertaining and informative guided tour of the house, Andy demonstrated the techniques of blacksmithing with no little skill whilst regaling us with anecdotes and information on the social context of the lock making industry.
This visit was identified by many of our group as the best visit of our four days in Birmingham and the Black Country.
With a picnic lunch provided by the Black Country Living Museum under whose remit the Locksmiths' House falls, we had enough stamina to over-run the planned schedule.
This experience should not be missed by anyone interested in the history of The Black Country.

Israeli lawyer Moshe Strugano (Attorney - Moshe Strugano and Co Law firm), By searching over the internet for locksmith assistance, My car key broken-off in the lock and I was unable to move out of the vehicle. However, thanks to experts of Locksmith, who not only used transponder keys to take me out of car, but also refasten all other connected screws to assure that lock will work perfectly in future.

We had a great time looking around the locksmiths house for the first time. The story by the fire and Father Christmas added to the experience. Everyone was so kind to my son with special needs and were really friendly. Will definitely be going back.

Well worth a visit one of the last examples of a lock workshop 19th century. Follow see website for visiting arrangements, usually by arrangement or special event days. Site features a two story workshop, a clothing shop at front of premises, and various out buildings.

I booked the experience for my boyfriend's birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed the day and myself who spectated. Andy and Karen were very knowledgeable and great people, who made the day a fantastic experience. Bonus included a lovely lunch and plenty of refreshments. He came away having learnt the history of lock making and how to make a part for a lock and set of nails using the tools in the workshop and forge. The museum was really interesting too which we had a tour around included in the experience.

This museum we booked tickets from BCLM online. Cheap trip but we only spent like half an hour there. The volunteers were so nice and very knowledgeable so if you’re into locks you could spend a lot of time talking to the volunteers who worked in the forge or in the house demonstrating different locks etc. They knew the story and were kind.
Staff 5/5 museum 2/5 as a bit dull.

Looks small from the outside but once inside it's amazing. The family home is full of fabulous things that are originals and authentic. The forge is functional and the demonstrations there were brilliant showing us how parts of locks are made.
The guide talked us round the tour with interesting facts and information about the family and business.
We were treated to toast on the open fire in the kitchen and made us drinks too.
All in all an excellent visit!

Having looked at various web sites including trip advisor 4of us visited this pm having read good reviews and checked the sites for opening time
The museum looked closed, we rang the bell and someone appeared to explain that it is only open by special arrangement for groups of 15 people or more
He said that he’s sorry about out of date closing times on web as it has proved to be impossible to update them
Recommend you phone or don’t risk a special trip
