Adrian was the best instructor, I’d done paddleboarding before but had lost my confidence. He was so reassuring and had me up on the board in no time and we ended up going for 3 miles! Brilliant experience would highly recommend. Thanks so much Adrian!

We hired two paddleboards from Ullswater Paddle boarding as we had received a gift voucher. Adrian was really helpful with organising the booking and very patience. I can't recommend them enough, nothing was any trouble, all the staff were very informative and friendly. The scenery was absolutely stunning a great way to spend time out in the outdoors.

I’m on cloud 9! My husband and I have just had a paddle boarding lesson with Connor and had so much fun!! Personally I have wanted to have a go for years and never got round to it…..don’t delay book today, it’s brilliant. Our instructor Connor was so lovely and patient, although my knees were wobbly (there are 54, 55 on Monday)!! I managed to get on two legs with Connors great instruction, I even managed a trick, spinning the board around!! They have everything you need just take you towel and your set. The scenary is to die for. Thank you Connor for such a lovely lesson, we will be back. (Ps, I’m no athlete and did fall off several times but it’s so easy to get back on once you’ve been off a couple of times so don’t let that or anything else stop you)!

We wanted to try SUP in a safe place and this was a great choice.
Adrian was excellent and after a briefing and basic instruction we were off or at least paddling on Ullswater. Falling in was almost obligatory and added to the fun.
Conditions were ideal and Adrian managed our group of 7 down the lake and across to the other side and back again for over an hour on the water.
The instruction, kit, equipment, facilities were all very good. Changing and showers are available and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Great value and a must for anyone prepared to have a go - enjoy.

Really helpful and knowledgeable team. When the weather conditions didn't look promising for our Paddle boarding session (very windy), Adrian contacted us the day before and arranged for us to do a different day.
Great kit and the the new "Sheep Shed" was well kitted out with changing rooms and showers and the heated floor was a revelation. would definitely recommend.

Three ladies of a certain age decided to try something new, and haven’t regretted it. Adrian was a brilliant instructor, very patient, and explained everything to us. His presence guiding us round the lake was very reassuring. Facilities at the Sheep Shed were excellent, staff were amazing, so helpful.

I brought some of the guys from my regiment today and we had an amazing time, great coaching before we went in the water, and the facilities are amazing heated floors a d showers, i definitely will be coming back and I am seriously thinking of buying a board for myself I would recommend this company to anyone wanting some fun on the water. Thanks lads

A paddleboarding lesson with Adrian was the highlight of our holiday in the lakes. He did a great job of making it fun for everyone whilst also teaching us a lot. Would recommend Ullswater Paddleboarding without hesitation!

Our family have had an amazing time on Ullswater today at Adrian’s Paddle boarding lesson! It was a fun family activity for us and our two children 13 & 10yrs old. Easy parking very close to the kit shed, we were kitted up promptly & down to the lake for a short briefing before we were on the lake.
In a small group of 6 we all were standing up quite quickly, Adrian showed us the basic turns & a couple of more advanced turns (this was when most of us fell off!). We went up the lake quite a distance and my daughter got a little tired but Adrian kindly pulled her along for a short time.
Definitely recommend Ullswater Paddle boarding to our friends & big thanks to Adrian.

Great day out, Adrian was a fantastic and very patient instructor - we all had a great laugh, got very wet. We were a group of 7 with 3 kids aged between 8 - 11. Adrian took some great action photo shots. Will definitely go again having popped our SUP cherries!
