Peut- être qu’elle etait vraiment surcharger à ce moment précis. Avec Covid-19 et le manque d’employés il ya des journeés qui peuvent être trés stressante. Nous sommes convaincu qu’elle n'avait aucune intention de vous manquez de respect. We are sorry to hear that this was your experience at our winery and our employee looked completely overwhelmed when you stopped by our winery. It could be that they were in fact overwhelmed in that moment and were struggling to provide their usual friendly customer service. As much as we do our best to create an atmosphere that is not overwhelming for them, sometimes it can not be prevented and especially with Covid-19 it can be more stressful than usual in certain moments. We are convinced their intention was never to make you feel not respected. If you are ever in our area again - we hope you will give us another try and book a tasting appointment. We would love to be able to have the time with you to provide the kind of service we pride ourselves on.
