I used to buy quality olive oils at a store on Granville Island in Vancouver so was happy to see this shop where I live in Abbotsford. (As the other reviewer below states there is no option to choose this location, hence this Surrey post.) While the store offers quality products the consumer relations leave much to be desired.
On my initial visit I purchased the Tuscan Herb Infusian and the Frantoio Vovello Medium from Chile. At that time I was introduced to their reward card system (at purchase you get your card stamped and after X such purchases you get some free product.) Trouble is I lost the card = 100 % My Bad. I loved the oils and so went back for more of the Chilean (this time buying the largest size available @ $36.00) and brought back the first empty bottle. I explained that I lost the card but could he just give me a new card with my initial credits moving forward from today? No. I was told that it had to be the original card only. This is where the logic seemed to go south for me. I said he was actually holding the bottle from the first sale and I could go home and get the other if need be. Still No. I asked if I could get credit for the today’s purchase and just for the empty bottle in hand? You guessed it — No. It was not as if I had some Master Plan to find empty bottles with their label to get false points as I had already spent a respectable amount of money in there. I was again told that Policy did not allow it; I was even told where I might look for the original card at home ! ! !
The card system is designed to entice you to become a return customer but I will not, based upon an absence of fairly obvious common sense, not to mention customer courtesy. Even if I did find the original card I would not continue to support this business on principle alone. I have since learned that there is a similar store just down the road and that is where I’ll be making all my future purchases.

Thanks for taking the time to shop with us and leave your review. I hope that I can address your concerns and perhaps you will give us another chance.
Our loyalty card is a pretty simple mechanism used to thank our customers for shopping with us. We do not have a means to electronically record the sales made by each guest and must rely on the stamp card system currently in place. The front of the card does state " Please present this card at the time of purchase". Our staff have all been trained to follow this guideline. When a customer tells us they have lost or forgotten their card, we always offer a new card and explain that should the old card be found they are more than welcome to bring it back and we will consolidate all stamps to one card. We are happy to do that. Our staff are not supposed to make their own decisions on offering stamps based on previous sales that may or may not have already been acknowledged by loyalty stamps.
With 3 locations and 8 staff members, my husband and I feel that some simple policies set in place make it easier for our customers and for our staff to share a positive experience each and every time.
I did speak with the staff member you were dealing with and I did let that person know that in the future, should there be a concern, they can call one of the owners for further direction. In this instance I would have told the employee to add one stamp for the empty bottle you returned. Please understand that that would be my decision and not my employee's option.
I am sorry you felt that you were treated unfairly and I hope my explanation has helped you to understand our perspective on it all. Our staff are only following our rules and I do understand how at times, that can be frustrating.

I love to cook and All of Oils has a huge variety. My friend is a chef and also goes there.
Great selection of oils and vinegars and the staff are well trained and informative.

I have only been here once so far but I was so impressed. The lady working there who I assume was one of the owners was SO nice. She took time for us and helped figured out what we would like. Highly recommend this place!

Dropped in on a whim while shopping at Morgan Crossing. Picked up a gift pack to try out the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Very impressed with the quality!
