This theatre is fab and right next door to the car park..Lovely friendly staff what more could you ask for.. Visit this place a lot and love it.

Went to see Michael McIntyre and this is a really nice theatre with very helpful staff and a car park right next door.
We ate there which was an unexpected surprise and the food was very good.
Drinks delivered during the interval too which was very clever.

Lost In Music, went with a friend we had a great night and spent most of it dancing as did everyone else. It was a brilliant show with some great singers. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The night before had a dinner there with 180 people, the food was excellent and very well organised.

This theatre has sadly declined and is all a bit tacky and tawdry now. Feels like you’re in a rather grubby bar watching a pretty dubious show rather than anything of quality. You’ll enjoy it if you like to drink lots, call out and don’t mind folk recording most of it on their phone……Overpriced and dodgy; there are many other local theatres with much better discipline and higher levels of respect for their clientele.

Six the musical was outstanding. Really enjoyable show and the cast and singing was superb. One of the best shows we have seen

Excellent first experience. Came to see Six Musical. Took mum who is elderly with mobility difficulties amongst other issues. The staff could not have been more helpful. They offered different seats despite being full (yes, that was a possibility!) and checked in regularly. There really is nothing to fault.
Only minor grievance was car park. Very tight spaces and lift not working but this is not the theatre's fault, just something to be aware.
Massive shout out to the ushers of Wycombe Swan. You're amazing.

Great views from most seats. We booked late and got a cancellation sat 2 rows from the back of the stalls and had a great view. Six was pure class west end quality at our local theatre. Looking forward to our next show Michael McIntyre.

I went to see The Drifters who were pretty good, although the sound system left much to be desired. It was certainly a joyous performance and had some peope rocking in the aisles.
I was delighted that I could order drinks to be delivered to my seat during the interval. This would save that interval crush. All went well in terms of time of delivery and I received exactly what I ordered - a gin and tonic for me and sparkling water for my husband. However, although I have no problem in drinking ready mixed G&T in a can, I was not prepared to have to drink it out of the can! People were bringing drinks into the auditorium, presumably in plastic glasses so why oh why couldn't glasses have been included in the paper bag with the cans. I was not in fact able to finish the drink - a gin and tonic can is very narrow and difficult to drink from apart from being a very crude way of drinking. Don't order!

Helen George was the headline advertised act for Saturday 18th March but pulled out. As she was the reason we booked on that day to see the show we asked for a refund as show wasn’t as advertised. Wycombe Swan refused. Beware of booking with this theatre they seem unable to accept they make mistakes. Going through the credit card chargeback route now and urge others to do the same

I visit Wycombe Swan on a regular basis and enjoy going there and supporting my local theatre. I was emailed a discount code for a show, went online to book and the website said the discount code had been accepted. However, after receiving my booking confirmation, I had been charged the full amount for my tickets. I emailed the General Manager - Robert Carr, asking if I could be refunded the difference or given a gift voucher to use in the future, but he said it was due to user error and he was not prepared to do anything about it. To add insult to injury I keep getting discount codes emailed to me for the show I booked at full price! I'm giving 1 out of 5 for customer service - as the General Manager was not interested in trying to help me. Please be very careful when you use any discount codes as if you make a mistake you won't be getting a refund.

Why doesn’t Wycombe Swan note on its site the time a performance is due to finish? For those of us who need to pre-book taxis etc this is essential information.

I have never found a theatre or events venue that gives the expected finish time of a show. I believe this is due to it being a live performance and allows for any unexpected changes to the programme.
However, I have always found venues to be willing to advise an expected finish time if you phone them in advance. I would then be a little generous with the time when booking your transport to allow you to get from your seat, queue for toilets etc and get to your pickup point.
I hope you enjoy your show.
it says there are view restrictions on some seats what are these restrictions?

Some restricted viewing from the very back, highest level but only on the extreme sides - you will find the stair hand rail is the only concern but as they're small square metal tubing it''s not as bad as it could be

Hi there. I want to take my mum to see The Red Shoes and the only two tickets left near each other are in the upper circle: F38 and G38. We are fine with being up high, but viewing images of the theatre on line make it look like there are some stair railings adjacent to and in front of these seats. Does anyone know if these railings affect the view from these seats please?

Hoping to take my little one to see Peppa Pig live. Can someone recommend the best seating for us? She is 3 and quite petite so want her to be able to have a good view! And isle seat is a must! Thanks in advance

Generally all the seats in the Wycombe Swan have a good view, though for small children I wouldn't recommend the upper circle. An aisle seat in the rear stalls would be more than suitable. You can see live seat availability online when you go to purchase, but as you can imagine aisle seats may be popular, so order sooner rather than later.
