It was a fantastic use of time as a social activity for two couples. It challenged us perfectly and kept us enthused to complete the task. Lottie was a fantastic host She stepped in just when we needed her and gave us confidence to finish when we were struggling.

Lottie was the star show in helping us! The clues came at a perfect time. We came out with one second to spare. It was a brilliant experience.

We went today with our 8 year old and did the vault. It was so much fun and our daughter was able to join in with lots of the clues. Managed to escape with a few mins to spare. Lottie was fantastic explaining everything to us and helped us feel at home.

Henry was our game master he was amazing and helpful throughout we had such a great day as a family highly recommend this is our second time doing a escape room and both times have been fantastic thank you Henry for a amazing day

Good fun and well supported by Lottie.
The clues were tough to find but with the right level of hints provided when we got stuck we made it out.

Such a fun activity
I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, we did the vault escape room.
So much fun and highly recommend this escape room, we will definitely be back for the other games. Henry, our game master, was super helpful and very informative.
It’s definitely worth the price; but make sure you like the people you are playing with 😉 and argument could happen

Staff where nice and welcoming..but it was way to much for £120 for one hour..and the room was tied and used ..would not go again..

Regarding the pricing, our rates are calculated on a per-person basis. Since six people played during our peak times, this would have brought the total to £114. It’s also worth noting that our rooms are designed for a maximum of five players for the best experience. While this is advised on our website, we were happy to accommodate your preference to play as a group of six in one room instead of splitting into two smaller groups.
As for the room itself, I can see that you played our Wild West-themed saloon, which is intentionally designed to have an aged, rustic appearance to reflect the setting. The "tired" look you mentioned is intentional to create an authentic atmosphere, but we’re sorry if it wasn’t to your liking.

I booked this experience as part of my boyfriend’s birthday weekend - and safe to say it was our favourite part of the weekend!! We both had a great time, and our “games operator” Lottie was fab. She was super lovely, explained everything really well and we’ll definitely be booking again. We felt the whole experience was great, and we’re both very competitive and found it both frustrating and hilarious 😂. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

This was a present from my wife and a first time in an escape room. SAFE to say I loved it (may be a clue to something in the room in that pun haha). Staff were very welcoming and understanding and informative to first timers, especially Becca our game master. Brilliant experience and well worth a shot if you love some good puzzling. We went straight in to a 4/5 lock rating room and did it with a couple of minutes to spare. Highly recommended experience and we’ll be back for another try at another room for sure 👍

Simply Google car parking in Chester, there’s quite a few to choose from and you’re within walking distance no matter which one you’ll choose 👍

Hello there!
Not all rooms have jump scares in them, some of the spookier themed rooms like Forsaken & Cursed Carnival (as well as other) may have things that make you jump. Give us call when you book and we're sure we can accommodate some extra surprises if you wish! :)

Our Dark Magic room is our very own wizard theme that I am sure you would thoroughly enjoy! :)
As for Vacancy and Identify, They are both great choices!
I would say our Vacancy room is slightly easier :) but they are both great fun!

Is there access for an elderly wheelchair bound person to wait in the building and sit comfortably whilst the rest of the team play the games?
Do you have refreshments on site?
Also, please can you cater for birthday parties of up 13 people.

Hi Tracie!
We do have wheelchair access and a place for them to sit that's no problem at all. We have a water fountain on site but no other refreshments. Yeah that's fine to have 13 people, no problem at all. However, as we do have a 5 person in one at a time policy we recommend you book a few rooms :)

Thanks for your question. There's no age restriction to play in our rooms. We do require an adult to accompany children under 16, but as there will be 2 dads this will be fine. What a great choice for a gift. :)

Hi Dawn, we don't do NHS discount I'm afraid, however, our prices are already on a discount scheme dependent on the number of people coming to play!

I believe the max is 5.... certainly from experience 7 would be crammed .... we are going back in April with a group of 7 so will need a 2nd room ... I would suggest trying to get a few others to make the 10 and choose 2 teams randomly...

Hi Mia,
Anyone under the age of 16 requires an adult. On some occasions depending on their age and the situation of the group we can allow an adult to stay in our reception area while the game is running rather than having to play the game with the team inside the room.
