Looking better than same streets in the city and it is a shame the rest of the city isn’t looking as good

First visit to this gallery it was fantastic well organized and lots of fun.
The Beer cocktail supplied by THAT BEER PLACE in Chester was delicious, it tasted like fresh red grapefruit. The painting area was set out really well and the staff were great. It was a lovely summer evening sitting painting whilst being served with some great beers - what’s not to like.
My favorite Beer was the blonde one, however they were all full of flavor, I didn’t know beer could actually taste that good.
We even had a raffle for a bottle of Prosecco and a complimentary beer glass to take home.
The setting was just right and the instructor gave us good tips to ensure we all created a masterpiece.
Whilst there we had the chance to view the artwork in the Gallery which is just amazing, some of the paintings were out of this world.
I would definitely recommend this event, and would love to attend another in the future.

Poppy is amazing, so helpful and helped us with everything, I can not recommend this gallery and Poppy enough, brilliant the best gallery in Chester by a mile

What an amazing place. We visited on Tuesday afternoon and we could not have been made more welcome. The space is wonderful with a spectacular variety of art work. We were so impressed by their artist in residence and their commitment to involving and enabling others, including children, to paint. Am very tempted by a Paint and Prosecco evening.
AND it is dog friendly.
Will most certainly be back.

This was my first visit to the gallery, despite discovering that Alex Sharp & his team have been selling fresh, different yet affordable contemporary art, from original artists such as Sam Toft, Kerry Darlington, Jack Vettriano, Leigh Lambert, Quentin Blake and many more.
The ambiance is welcoming, airy, well lit & relaxing.
Moreover, the staff are super-friendly, informative & engaging.
Looking forward to finding some additional pieces for our new home.

Fabulous day of art and fun thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. We all took away our own little ‘masterpieces’. Liz the artist was great fun and helped us through the process. Alex the host was very generous with the Prosecco so we all loosened up pretty quickly! Highly recommend this for a fun day out.

Poppy was inspirational, she helped & advised us around the gallery, she is a credit to her profession, we look forward to seeing her every time we visit Chester.

We visited in February and commissioned a DirtyHans piece. We’ve always loved visiting this gallery and this experience was similarly lovely; Poppy was fabulous in helping us to add personalised touches and provided great customer care. We are moving out of the area but will definitely be back when we return to visit family.

Wonder experience in the gallery speaking with resident artist Elizabeth Macdonald and then with the help of Poppy choosing and buying two pieces by Richard Blunt. So happy with them. Fabulous.

I have been coming to this gallery for a long time and have bought many fantastic prints, and have had several pictures framed. They have always been excellent and they have a great range.
