‪Great for surfers and body borders. Plenty of waves. We stayed overlooking this fabulous beach. Highly recommend. ‬

‪Fabulous beach, lots of golden sand. Great for surfers and sunbathers. Handy location for cafes and the Tate of St Ives!‬

‪Favourite beach in St Ives‬

‪Have been coming here ever since I was a child and it will always be my favourite in town. Love going for a dip too and hiring boards from the reasonably priced surf school. It does get busy at peak times though and you can get packed in like sardines!‬

‪Great beach for families ‬

‪Nice location near the centre of St Ives. Close to the town centre (with a few steep hills, as par for the course in St Ives). All you need for a day at the beach with cafes, walks, clean sand, decent waves plus surfing lessons, etc. If the weather is good then it can't be beaten.‬

‪Beautiful beach in a great location‬

‪Had a lovely time, beautiful beach, lovely sand, great view. Does get busy but it is a town beach so people are coming and going. Nice cafe and good facilities. Very easy to pop into town for lunch.‬

‪Perfect beach with all you need‬

‪Spotless beach with all you need. Cafe on beach is clean and food is great. No dogs in summer so beach is a safe for kids to play. Park and ride bus stops right at top of beach so no hassle. Sea clear and clean. Toilets are also clean.Seagulls are a menace and quite vicious but so long as you are aware of them your OK. Great family beach can't ask for more.‬

‪Always have a stroll along here with our dog. Beach is quite large and fairy quiet when we visited. This beach is known for surfers so if you fancy a go at that or body boarding this is the beach to try it on.‬
