Very impressed with our child's party over the weekend. Our party host (red hair) was fantastic and very attentive. She accommodated everything we asked for and it was one of our most stress free parties. We'll be booking again!

Playfarm has done a fantastic measures in for covid so i was very satisfied with childrens care so the management are excellent , down dissatisfied with how i was told by my wife who watched a member of there staff not wearing gloves but also licked his fingers during cutting my daughters birthday cake so it took my wifes friend to complain to the manager who soon dealt with the issue and took over cutting the cake who brought it to the table and apologised but i think there staff need to be sent on a food and hygiene course but the other think that i thought was wrong how there charging more for entry due to covid

Took my kids and family members to play farm today. And it was good, bit pricey, but we were really enjoying ourselves. Were being the the operative word. So it’s my daughters birthday, we took a chocolate cake. They kindly said they’d cut it for us. Even better because who carry’s a knife around?. So anyways whilst the cake cutting was going ahead, we were waiting to go for smoke outside and could see the man cutting our cake. Upon witnessing him touch the cake with no gloves on, lick his fingers and proceed to touch our cake! Who does something like that? Was he not trained in food hygiene?. Luckily I had someone with me willing to say something because I was just… well in shock, and slightly horrified to say the least. He’d just licked his hands…. Touched my daughters cake… what? So anyways. My friend spoke with the manager, who quickly sorted the situation. But I for one will not be ordering any food from this place in future, if that member of staff is in the kitchen.

We have visited the soft play a number of times and have never been disappointed. Both of my young children love it here. There is plenty to keep them occupied and COVID measures are excellent. The staff are all very friendly and good with children.

We have used the playfarm multiple times now and we have had such great service by the staff every time. The kids have always enjoyed themselves and their friends have always said what a great party it has been. Nothing is too much effort for the staff and they take control of everything for you!

This place is great for crawlers, toddlers and juniors as they have a dedicated area for each. My toddler loves it and having the different age sections is really useful when I've compared it to others where the toddlers are often lumped with the older children and it can be too overwhelming for her. Food and coffee could be a tiny bit better, but we don't go for the food! Plus, I do love that I get a free coffee with our ticket regardless. Great to have a dedicated table and it's always been well cleaned each time we've visited. They also have a private party room that I may look to book out next birthday.

Take my youngest at least once a month. During COVID and all the booking we had to do, I struggled so much to book after lockdown one but the owner helped as much as he could. This time booking around was so much easier. Staff always keep place tidy. Looking forward to coming back

Daughter had a great time here. I was impressed at how well they managed to keep this Covid safe - even though it must be a logistical nightmare.

I went to the playfarm over the weekend and was was very impressed with cleaning measures and general organisation in place at the moment. You have a table of your own to sit at and there are several contactless sanitisers for the children to use (low down and in the shape of a ladybird, very cute). I was also very impressed with the manager I spoke to, a very engaging and friendly person who seemed genuinely delighted to be welcoming the children back.

Booked online and visited today after so many months of softplays being closed and was very happy to say I was totally confident with the social distance practices in place. Reduced capacity, hand sanitisers at various stations throughout and adults wearing masks when on the move.
My son thoroughly enjoyed himself and I thoroughly enjoyed the amazing coffee, coffee and walnut cake and brioche fish finger sandwich!
