What an amazing atmosphere, everyone is so friendly, the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable, such a splendid way to keep in shape and meet like minded folk.

One of the best walls I’ve been to, cool setting, super cool boards, really friendly staff and locals, and great tea with a really nice atmosphere. Almost wish it was my local!

Absolutely amazing, Staff were helpful and friendly. I had my daughter's 6th birthday party there. It was a party off 6, they got to play games as well as climb. They blocked off where the children were.
This experience was worth every penny.

We turned up on their birthday which we didn't know about for the first time but even though it was busy we got seen and taken around the center and had a great time! Thank you Ben and Ollie for getting us in and then coking to check up on us again later on the mats. Would recommend social climbing to everyone for the facilities and lovely staff.

Turned up, waited for 10 minutes and were completely ignored by the staff who was making coffee. All it would have taken was a quick "Just give me a moment" from the person at the front desk. When we did ask if we could be seen, we were met with a rude response as if we "should have known better". Would not recommend after this experience. We decided to take our business elsewhere.

We were really looking forward to trying the climbing but the service we received was terrible, we ended up walking out!
We approached the counter and there was a young guy making coffee’s extremely slowly. He didn’t acknowledge us. After waiting for about 10 minutes I asked if anyone could help us as we were keen to try climbing.
He looked at us if I’d asked something insane and said “yeah they’re just doing an induction now, someone will be around”
We waited longer, no one approached us so we just walked out.
Such a shame as we were keen to try it and the video on their website makes out they’re super friendly and lovely but this was not our experience.
That person needs to have some training in basic customer service. Two potential customers lost and obviously we’ll be telling our friends and family about this awful experience.

Josh was excellent at showing us the ropes of climbing in the intro session and was super supportive, had a great time will definitely go again

I’ve been taking my son to their monthly sen session for over a year now and he loves it, we always have a fantastic time and the staff are always very helpful, particularly when he’s managed to get himself stuck and can’t work out how get down a few times

The best climbing in the midlands.
Friendly staff, challenging and fun routes. We have been coming here for a few years and absolutely recommend it. The team are fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been a few times now starting from a complete beginner to bouldering and have absolutely loved it here. Really great welcoming atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Loved it so much I brought my 5 year old boy for his first session at the group sessions on Saturday morning, which he absolutely loved. Would 100% recommend, I just wish it was slightly closer to me so I could more often!

They have beginners sessions on a Monday night. Give them a ring to book in. Really helpful and great place to climb.
