There are lots of Irish pubs in Liverpool, as the unofficial capital of Ireland your never far from a warm and inviting Irish pub in our city,Paddy's Bar is one such tucked away Irish boozer that's always worth checking out.
A small pub,a narrow bar area,cozy decor and furnishings and all the Irish bric a brac adorning the walls you would expect to find in a good Irish pub and despite its relatively small size there's plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside when the weather is good.
We were here on a Monday afternoon, we track and traced and sanitised our hands and we were allocated a table were we ordered a guinness each, guinness was poured in the correct manner even allowing time for the all important settle, we just kicked back, chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub.
My guinness was really good, a creamy,thick and most importantly iced cold guinness bursting with taste and on a hot day a totally refreshing brew.
We really enjoyed our guinness in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Paddy's Bar we had a great time.
Paddy's Bar is easy to locate along London Road.

Monday to Saturday, 11am till 11pm.

Paddy's Bar Is A Local Irish Bar On London Road That Has A Local Clientele.I Used To Come Here Years Ago When This Bar Was Dixie Dean's And To Be Honest I Have Only Been In This Bar Six Or Seven Times Since This Bar Became Paddy's Bar.Housed In A Rough Row Of Buildings'Paddy's Bar Could Be Mistaken For Being Closed And When I Put This Pub On Google To Get The Proper Address It Comes Up As Permanently Shut But It Is Far From That.The Interior Has An Irish Themed Look And Feel With Plenty Of Irish Related Items'The Bar Area Is Narrow And Long With Generous Seating Areas In This Bar.When We Visited This Bar Early In The Afternoon It Was Very Busy And After We Gave Our Track And Trace Details And Took Our Seat We Ordered A Few Glasses Of Carling Brewery Lager Which Was Well Served And Priced.Paddy's Bar Will Not Be To Everyones Taste As Its A Bit Rough And Ready But I'am Glad Its Still Open As Were This Bar Is On London Road There Are Not That Many Pubs And Bars.And If You Have An Interest In Irish Pubs And Bars It Could Be Worth A Look.Located On London Road And Easy To Find Jump Any Bus To Fraser Street Bus Stop On London Road.To Name A Few Buses 08-09-10 Stops Here.(This Is My First Review Of Paddy's Bar).

Located down the much neglected London Road is Paddy's Bar ,a good old fashioned little Irish bar that seems to have been around for many years.
It was refreshing to see such a little bar open after some of the coronavirus lockdown restrictions were lifted with pubs and bars being allowed to reopen, all the doom and gloom scenarios about all the smaller pubs and bar closing for good proved unfounded, a lot of newspaper talk to fill up print space on their sensational headline seeking rags cranked out by lazy " journalists " .
This is a nice little bar,a narrow interior, tv's to enjoy the sport, a long solid wood serving bar, good decor and furnishings including some chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar despite its relatively small size, a good old fashioned locals pub.
We were here on a Saturday afternoon, pub was busy with a great atmosphere, greeted warmly by a very pleasant member of the staff, we gave our details of name ,phone number or email address to assist with the governments track and trace system and ordered a beer each, we opted for Carlsberg beer ,these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in.
My beer was really good, a light and hoppy lager style beer bursting taste taste, very easy to drink and a beer style both myself and my twin brother Stephen are particularly fond of.
We both really enjoyed our beers in here and the great vibe, had a fantastic time ,made to feel so welcomed before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to here we had a great time.

You really enjoy yourself here and the food is excellent the host's are lovely people would highly recommend a vist

Never again will we visit this bar. We moved on to ma edgetons were the staff are all very nice. Avoid.
