I went to the pictures with my family on Saturday 7th September to watch beetle juice I dropped my purse thinking it was my bag. I have came back today Sunday 8th September and the staff have very kindly find it for me, thank you to all the staff and specially Sean and lyle.

Lovely friendly staffs very helpfully organised and great time to spend with family and friends, switch Island is very good place for everyone.

The staff are amazing and helped us with seats and allowed us to sit together as it was full . Ste on the counter is a credit to your company , so happy helpful and first class service

Visited with my grandson never again.
Expected it to be about £15 for the two of us. It was £23 and I was disgusted at this price. I couldn't turn around as I had promised him a visit to see a film. Which again for a 4 year old was completely way over his head, and he's a bright kid. Toilets were not clean, he was horrified when he walked in. Will be er visit again. How are families meant to afford these kind of prices. Sorry but the Vue in Southport is a fiver. Get real and support your local community

The seats were great, film was great, staff letting you in were great …. BUT I wanted a bottle of water I asked for one … I got told I had to order it on the screen that had a que and get a order number to purchase…. What happend to going the counter and getting a drink and just paying in cash? Wtf happed to just buying it ,…. Took longer to order then pick it up … it’s a joke …. That’s why if I ever come again Il be bring my own snacks and drink or I’d just wait for it to come out on net flix so we don’t have to deal with idiot staff, so the ones that you get the snacks and drinks from can not be arsed working .. and the machine that you force us order from are just doing most of the job for them … be quicker going to a vending machine, really pissed of customer.can’t stand all this order over their then wait over their ….. Now you know why these places are going bust ….. the lazy staff , stupid order system with card machine … the era of non working staff that think what they do is actual ‘work’

Treated myself to limitless so this has become my 'go to' for date night! Never once had a bad experience here, and all staff are friendly and attentive! Latest Viewing was Bullet Train, and the next one will probably be Orphan!

Just been to watch Spiderman: No Way Home with the kids amazing movie best one. My only concern was the heating it was roasting in their, please turn it down Odeon as I fell asleep for about 10 mins and its not the first time that's happened. Even the kids said can we go outside for a bit to get cold. Other than that the facilities were great.

Layout and comfort in the screening areas are amazing, it means there is plenty of space between people and it doesn't feel busy even when full.
I went on a Saturday in early October with my two children, one of which was quite ill whilst we were there. It was a bad situation but all of the staff were absolutely fantastic and did all they could to assist us. I absolutely could not fault them - brilliant.
