I had an exceptional experience crafting Dim Sum under the guidance of an incredibly knowledgeable tutor. The course struck a perfect balance between theory and practical skills, ensuring that I not only learned the techniques but also understood the cultural nuances behind each dish. The tutor's expertise shone through as they seamlessly navigated complex cooking methods, clarifying doubts with patience and clarity. The hands-on approach made the course highly practical, boosting my confidence to recreate Dim Sum at home. The class's friendly atmosphere fostered collaboration among participants, enhancing the overall learning journey. In a nutshell, this Dim Sum-making experience was both enlightening and enjoyable, thanks to the tutor's expertise, the course's practicality, and the warm class environment.

Great evening learning from Will how to make different kinds of sushi and also sushi eating etiquette. Had no idea we'd been eating it incorrectly all these years!

Outstanding beginners Sushi Class led by Will. Explanation’s we’re clear and concise with plenty of time to practice the techniques and we were taught about all the basics of how to prepare ingredients to make sushi. A fantastic experience that is highly recommended.

Excellent dim sum cookery class. Much more promising than anticipated from the location and the venue’s outside appearance. Fun and informative. Would recommend.

Amazing beginners sushi-making session! Will was enthusiastic, informative and a great instructor. I'm excited to continue the skills and techniques we learned and to check out the fish market recommendations. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the chance to get creative with our own designs. I highly recommend this experience :)

Had a fantastic evening learning to make sushi. Will introduced himself, explained how it would work, got everyone chatting together, so it was really warm, friendly and fun. Learned loads about how to make all different kinds of sushi - and it was just as good being a non fish eater. So I’d really recommend this for vegetarians too.

My partner and I had an amazing dim sum making class today. Easy instructions, great sense of humour, enouragement and tasty results! Highly recommended. We want to go for the sushi class too.

My wife, daughter and I took a dim sum class this past weekend with Will from the London Cookery School. My daughter purchased this class for us as a Christmas gift, all of us to do together.
The experience was far better than I had imagined. Will – the instructor and owner of the school – is an excellent instructor. He was engaging and entertaining, and the three hour experience passed very fast as a result. We love dim sum, and this is absolutely the perfect introductory class. We got to eat what we made at the end, and that was the real cherry on the cake. We are all keen to develop our skills at home for dim sum, and Will got us off to a flying start. We might go back and try the school’s sushi prep class too, because if it is of the same calibre as the dim sum class, it would be outstanding.
I highly recommend this class. You will find your afternoon with Will delightful, and you will leave with an excellent knowledge of how to make dim sum. It is a great way to spend a half day with friends or family.

Why is there no landline number listed on your website to call? The mobile number listed goes on voice mail. How do we contact you - I have not heard back from you on a query I sent regarding confirmation of my booking for a class next week

You emailed us on Saturday and again on Sunday about this.
Apologies for the delay, we usually answer enquiries during the 'working week' ie Monday to Friday, as the weekends are extremely busy (we run 5-6 classes each weekend)
We have received your booking, and an identical copy of the booking will have been sent to you, I suspect your email client has moved it to your spam folder and so that's why you may have missed it.
