Excellent service. Our flight was late arriving, and our driver kept tabs on it to be certain that he was there when we arrived.
Paid the extra 15 pounds for the meet-and-greet, and our driver was exactly where he said he’d be in the arrival hall, nameboard in hand.
Top notch operation.

Easy to book, perfect service and support. You then get in touch with the driver and the details fix with him. The cheapest ever (And cheap in London is an understatement) but excellent airport service (from downtown move at least 4 hours before your flight).

I used this company to collect my niece from Heathrow who was flying from Japan and to take her to my place from there. I chose meet and greet service and they emailed me the confirmation with instruction that the driver would be waiting outside WH Smith which was very easy to find as it was located just outside the arrival barriers in Terminal 3. The driver was pleasant and efficient and I found their fare very reasonable. I am glad to have use their service.

My husband and I used this service to take us from Heathrow to the hotel on a family trip to London, and did the same for my dad who was meeting us but arriving at a different time. They were so lovely and efficient, and worked with us when my dad’s flight was significantly delayed. Easy to book, super polite driver, communication was great and the price was very reasonable! Will definitely use them again when traveling in the UK.

We had a great experience with Heathrow Gatwick Cars! After booking, I received a confirmation email and our driver even called to verify the booking details.
Our driver Mr. Ana was on time and waiting for us right when we came out. We booked a Mercedes E-class and the car was very nice and comfortable. Our drive was super quick and easy, only about 1 hour. I would definitely recommend this service!

Our transfer was from Heathrow Terminal 5 to Gatwick South Terminal and in general the service provided was very good. However I have two complaints:
1. The driver was late at the meeting point and I had to phone to establish where he was and when he would be arriving.
2. The Costa Coffee meeting point is near international arrivals but quite a walk from domestic arrivals with no obvious route when arriving on a domestic flight. Suggest there should be a different and nearer meeting point for domestic arrivals.
Notwithstanding the above I would use them again.

I have used this company many times and it's always reliable and a lovely experience. My driver was lovely! ..really friendly and a competent safe driver. It was a peaceful ride from Gatwick to Brighton. I was so tired after my flight, but felt safe and taken care of. I will continue to contact you for my long distance journeys.

Reservations were easy to make. Driver was on time and parked close. Car was clean and large. He drove us from LHR to Gatwick. I will use this company again.

We used Heathrow Gatwick Cars as transportation from Gatwick to Heathrow and again from Charing Cross Station to Gatwick. Both times we were very satisfied with the punctuality of the pick up, the courteousness of the drivers and the cleanliness of the vehicles. We would recommend Heathrow Gatwick Cars as a car services to anyone looking for similar travel needs.

We used this company for the first time to transfer between Heathrow and Gatwick airports on both outbound and return journeys. The service was first class and we were very impressed and would be happy to recommend them to anyone. We used the meet and greet service to make it easier to find our drivers and were given contact numbers for the drivers the day before each journey and they were already at the airport when we landed. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful and also helped us with luggage and we had a nice relaxed journey between the airports. I also had some questions before making the first booking and got a quick email response back. We booked a saloon car but we added in the "notes" the number of travellers and number of pieces of luggage to help the choose the right car and both cars were roomy and very comfortable.
Overall great service on both journeys. Would be very happy to use again.
