The venue was excellent, easy to get to and staff amazing. If your looking for a great time with good fun then this is the place for you

My significant other and I have done over 50 escape rooms. We did the heist plan and the wizarding rooms and they were top notch. They definitely sit right atop our favorite rooms that we’ve ever done. The rooms are excellent, the game masters (especially DIGBY!!!!!!) are excellent, and the entire experience all around is extremely fun and memorable. 10000% recommend giving it a try.

This was so good! i went to the wizards escape room and It was great fun! It may look like a small place on the outside but it was a much bigger space inside!

Puzzles were really fun and the magic theme was incredible! Our Game Master Ed was lovely and really helpful. Can’t wait to try the Butcher’s Lair next!

By far one of the best institutions: kind and helpful staff, exciting and mind-bogolling rooms; my first experience of escape rooms was here and it made me want to come back (as I have). Would highly recommend for anyone to do, especially if you are to book multiple rooms in succession on one day. “Wizarding school” was the most engaging and would make any child’s or adult’s dream of the wizarding world come true. Noel, Mars, Emma, and Lara made the entire experience second to none!!

It was a great experience overall! Went with my coworkers as a team bonding activity and left laughing and with no voice! The themes were great and it was all very dynamic and difficult which made it all the more fun. Would definitely go again to do the other rooms.

Absolutely amazing escape rooms, really clever design and set-up, the props and attention to detail is fantastic. Lovely staff and a really welcoming atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough, we’ve done two now and they are both the best escape rooms we have ever done!

The puzzles and decor were on point, we did the wizardly one, but unfortunately, our experience was dampened significantly by the staff there. Before going into the room we were given a walkie-talkie to ask for hints. Although all was great in the beginning, at one point the female staff that was giving the hints, started answering very abruptly, and was getting angry with us - at one point she started aggressively shouting the hints. We were both shocked, as this was supposed to be a fun experience that although started that way, definitely did not end that way as it felt like we were being chastised for asking for help. The tickets were certainly not cheap (£70 with a discount), and it was quite a shame as the rooms were truly great. Moreover, we asked to take some photos with the props in front of the door of the room as it had some cute Harry Potter decor (closed of course) and we were told that we couldn't and then were rushed. Overall, there needs to be some considerable improvement in how they treat clients. I would not visit again.

One of the best escape rooms I’ve done, very creative and challenging. The puzzles were very clever and rewarding to complete. The staff were also really helpful with hints, and friendly, including Brian. Definitely recommend going with friends.

Me and my girlfriend did the wizarding school escape room and it was really good overall. The game master Joe was really helpful throughout the whole experience and prepared us at the start accordingly, so no complaints at all with the customer service.
The actual escape room was really fun and interactive and had many different varieties of puzzles to solve. Some of them though weren’t really aligned with the theme of the escape room and a suggestion would be either a timer in the room to tell you how many minutes you have left to be put in the room or if the game master can let you know via the walkie talkie every 15 minutes as to how long you have left so we can know how to pace ourselves.

Is this suitable for a 14 year old and can I squeeze her in, she would take the number of people to seven?

The escape room is suitable for someone of 14, in fact I saw a few kids that age. The people managing the escape rooms were really friendly perhaps phone and ask about an extra person. They may ask for a small charge for them taking part as at that age they are like any other customer.
is there a way to have 8 people in the same room or 4 in one and 4 in the same theme/diffuculty room?

Unfortunately, the maximum number of players per room is 6. However, we have recently opened a duplicate Sherlocks Dispair and a duplicate Blackwings Cave to enable groups to play against each other.
