Just fabulous . I had the most special birthday treat thanks to the sweetest, very professional and highly experienced therapist Janequa. I have done multiple face and body treatments in London and abroad and I believe today was one of my favourite. I will be returning for more treatments and cannot wait !

Proper unorganised, and unmaintained place. You get electrocutated by Hairdryer, and burnt by hot water from changing room shower as they are unable to change a £15 shower hose.
On signing up as a member they promise to get slippers/bathrobe and towels. This never happened as you have to take slippers from the dirty ones and wash for yourself as they have none in their lockers. Bathrobe is in one locker and towel if you are lucky you find if not than you dry with bathrobe.
Fruits is a promise as well, NEVER has been out the fruits as promised. They do not have lightbulbs as well in the area, as they can not replace the burnt out ones since 15 Nivember 2022 (we talk about spot light bulbs).
Saunarium is promised to be 60° C but actually is around 40°
2 showers OOO for weeks now.
This is not a place that you should go for.

Massage was good but facilities are nothing like in the photos. Tiny facilities which you have to pay extra ontop of paying £200pp.

We have joined Landmark's Spa as members. It is really beautiful and extremly welcoming. The jacuzzi is amazing espacially with the Neck massaging Swan jet. Viktoria and Rebecca ara amazing. Viktoria has explained to us everything, helped us to organise everything for the contract.
It is an outstanding Spa experience and a really cosy one.

I booked a spa day, for my friend’s at this wonderful hotel which included lunch!
The spa was wonderful in every regard. The manager, Rebecca, is so kind, thoughtful, polite and helpful. The spa treatment was carried out by Amandine, and was superb! We both arrived feeling stressed and upset by travel events but all worries disappeared after 30 mins in the spa, being cared for superbly! The pool and facilities were clean, comfortable and of high standard. The lunch was delicious! I would highly recommend this spa and the hotel facilities. We will definitely return!

I love a spa it is the biggest treat I give myself. It allows me to have some me time and relax as I’m on the road for work most of the time.
As I was staying at the Landmark London hotel I booked myself in. It was outstanding, relaxing and the lady that did my treatment was lovely and made me feel totally relaxed.
The bonus is for a London hotel there is a lot of space and they also have a pool.
I will be back again!

Lovely place lovely staff beautiful place but if it the spa don’t go unless you mind looking like a Pratt
Wear a shower cap in the spa hahahah I think not. An old granny one as well.

I have received the birthday present when I was staying in Landmark hotel for a few nights . It was a voucher from my friend. He was very impressed how professional was the staff and how easy was to choose, arrange and pay for the voucher. I had to just confirmed the suitable time for me. Of course I could changed the type of the massage which was already chosen. So we discuss the details about the procedure and I have decided not to changed anything, because it was more then great to experience.
So, I just wanna say, that I love the procedure, room, music, massage done by professional and relaxing room afterwards. I highly recommend to visit the spa and enjoy it the same or even more that I did.

I visited the Spa during a stay at the Landmark London with my family. I was very impressed by the range of facilities and the overall feeling of calm and tranquility that they had managed to create in the centre of such a busy city. Despite having enjoyed many many massages in my life, the one I had at the Landmark was the best. I will definitely be back!

Stayed at the landmark and was treated to a massage as a birthday gift from family. It was a very nice experience and the lady who did the massage was great. She asked if I had any specific reasons for having the massage and how I wanted to feel after so that she could tailor the massage to suit me. The spa facilities were amazing and I just wish I was able to spend more time there. Thanks!!
