I had the most amazing facial at The Spa Illuminata yesterday. The Spa has a lovely relaxing atmosphere, and from the moment you step in you actually forget you are in a central London location. My Therapist Alla made sure that the treatment I received was the best one for my skin type, and she really listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions. She also gave me very valuable advice about my skincare routine and where I had been going wrong. From the way Alla explained things, you can really tell she is a professional who knows what is best for different skin types. By far the best facial I have had in London after living here for over 20 years. I’m already looking forward to my second visit. Highly recommended!

Took my best friend here for her Birthday, treatments were outstanding. Lovely atmosphere, tranquil, decor like in a Roman Baths. Highly recommended for that special treat.

This is undoubtedly the best spa experience I have ever been to. The customer service was second to none and the treatments amazing. I had a massage facial and hand ritual and it was the most relaxing and decadent 90 minutes of my life!!! I shall definitely be saving up to go again. Well worth the visit!! Thank you!

My Rejuvenating Spa Experience of the Anti-Aging Facial, Hand Ritual and the Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage, were wonderful treatments and so relaxing.
It was just what I needed as have a lot of stress and worry since Christmas.
The therapists were all so friendly and very informative as to what would happen. I left feeling so much better after the luxery treatments, the beautiful setting was so calming,

Visited on a Saturday after the receptionist kindly made space for us with very short notice.
The spa itself is very glamorous and is a little haven in central London.
We were warmly welcomed and settled down with tea and a client information sheet. Our appointments started punctually and lasted the full time as well.
The room was beautifully warm, clean and inviting. My therapist was excellent, very thorough in her work using beautiful smelling, high quality products.
This is very much the classical salon, I'm unsure if it is a spa because there is no pool/general heat treatment areas but I personally do not think that that counts against it. Overall I'd definitely recommend it for someone looking for beauty treatments in this area of London. It isn't the cheapest but usually it is better to pay a little bit more for these types of things and enjoy in better surroundings.

I went here on a Saturday afternoon in London with my sister for hour long massages. We chose this spa because it had very good ratings and reviews. Overall, I was a bit disappointed in the services we received for the price. Upon entering the spa we were sat in a waiting room (more of a foyer) that was in no way comfortable or luxurious. We were not offered water or tea like you typically would be at a spa. We were then ushered into our treatment rooms for services. We both had regular massages - mine was very average, would probably not go back to that masseuse again. On the other hand my sister said she had a wonderful treatment and would go back to her masseuse again. After the treatments were over I felt that we were very quickly whisked out of the spa with no time to relax or continue unwinding from the treatment. I would also note that our massages were not near the hour that we paid for. Our appointments were at 5:45 and we were out of the spa, on our way home, before 6:45. Perhaps this was because we were at the end of the day, but it was disappointing none the less.
If you are simply looking to quickly pop in and out for a massage, this is an okay place to go - although quite more expensive than your average hour massage. If you, however, are looking for a spa experience of relaxation and pampering I would skip coming to Spa Illuminati. I am wiling to pay for a great spa experience where I feel relaxed and pampered and unfortunately this spa did not do that.
If you are simply looking to quickly pop in and out for a massage, this is an okay place to go - although quite more expensive than your average hour massage. If you, however, are looking for a spa experience of relaxation and pampering I would skip coming to Spa Illuminati. I am wiling to pay for a great spa experience where I feel relaxed and pampered and unfortunately this spa did not do that.

Without a doubt THE best facial I have ever had... It was lifting, aromatic and rejuvenating. Amazing experience all around. My therapist wasn't only courteous and detailed when I asked questions about the treatment but she was also perfectly respectful of my much beloved "quiet time" it was a great balance. I was given a Darphin expert Eight Flower Facial. walked out of there feeling on cloud 9 but the shock I truly felt was looking in the mirror. I honestly looked so much younger! I don't consider myself an old looking person but my skin was different. It wasn't only glowing but it felt and looked rejuvenated,It was magical. I highly recommend it and will be sure to go back!

Without a doubt one of the BEST spas in London! The treatment options are wide and varied the products are great. The location is perfect and allows access to all Mayfair plus great shopping for a full day of fun! The staff is kind warm and skilled! Without a doubt one of the best facials I have ever had and the head and scalp massage was amazing as well! So good in fact I am considering a membership! Best of all they don't shove their product line under your nose and harangue you about purchasing it unlike many other spas! Give it a try! It made for a wonderful girls day!

My husband and I visited the Spa as part of an Amazon local deal for £85 each which included 2hrs of treatments per person. We were warmly greeted at reception and shown downstairs to the treatment area and handed some water and told that our therapists would be with us shortly. The Spa itself is very nicely decorated in a grecian theme; very clean and relaxing. My therapist (Evangeline?) started off by giving me a lovely relaxing back massage before a 60min facial and hand massage. Overall, a lovely experience and a nice surprise from Hubbie - would definately visit again.
