Really bad experience. Booked a session for £20 and was unable to use it. Then no reply to my emails

I joined the club mid January, but after less than two months the gym closed all of a sudden without giving me any notice. The joining fee I paid was £110, which is quite expensing considering the average, but when I asked to get a refund considering that the gym had closed and no lessons were provided anymore, the manager simply told me that the the fee is non refundable and that I (I underline "I") didn't give any notice for not paying the monthly fee anymore (a reminder that the gym had closed all of a sudden), wishing me the best of luck for my life.
Multiple emails didn't help me at all, I always got the same response until I've just been ignored completely.
Be careful when you sign up, it's really not worth the hassle, this is bad management and such a behaviour is nothing but fraudulent.

I felt rather boring at this place because it was rather something that would be fun for kids. There was nothing worthwhile to do and I just has a sip of coffee before I left.

La lezione con il grande coach di spada Dumi é stata fondamentale. Molto preparato, severo ma disponibile. Sono stato trattato da vero ospite. Tutti molto cordiali. Il tutto completato, dopo la lezione di 1hh del giovedì, con assalti fino alle 21.30 per poi tirare nella free fencing class del sabato di nuovo tutti assieme. Una bellissima esperienza. Peccato solo l'assenza di insegne che avrebbero reso ancora bello il contesto della scherma a Londra.

If you want to have fun with friends or with your family, turning into the musketeers is one of the best ideas for active types. The coaches were very friendly, changing rooms clean and the fencing swords new and shiny!
