‪Majestic Taxies was always very prompt and the whole time we felt safe with the drivers. We especially want to give praise to our driver, Yazi, who drove us most of the way around England. So relieved that we can hire this company each time we come to England.‬

‪I booked Majestic Taxi based on the excellent reviews posted on TripAdvisor and am so glad I did. Our driver was on time and easy to locate in the arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport. He was courteous and friendly, offered us water as soon as we were settled in our seats and on our way. it was about a 1-1/2 -2 hour drive to our hotel destination. Knowing we have a driver/car waiting for us upon arrival makes for a stress-free start to our holiday!
I will definitely use Majestic Taxi for all of our transportation needs in the UK, and will recommend to family and friends and associates for any transportation needs they may have. Thank you Majestic Taxi!‬

‪Friendly and punctual‬

‪We have used Majestic Taxis for three round trips from LHR to Birmingham. The service is always friendly and punctual. We've never had to wait a single minute. Much easier and faster than train or coach alternatives.‬

‪Stress-free travel‬

‪This company was used for the first time recently during transport strikes for a trip to & from London. I chose them based on other online reviews. They are 100% safe, reliable, highly recommended. They provided us with vehicle information the night before each journey so we knew who to expect. Driver was punctual, super polite, helped with luggage, friendly and got us to our destinations safely. Vehicles on each trip were clean and tidy. If you want stress-free travel, choose Majestic! I won’t hesitate to use them again in the future.‬

‪All is well that ends well‬

‪Flying into Heathrow and needing transportation to Southampton for a cruise, I had originally planned and booked tickets on a National Express bus for my wife and me. Then reading about the potential strike on public transport, I found Majestic Taxi on Tripadvisor and decided to hire them for the trip.

Our flight arrived promptly at 6:20 in the morning and we quickly passed through immigration and customs. Waiting at the designated meeting location in Terminal 3, I was surprised when our driver did not show up during the time window. After calling and texting the contact numbers provided to me, I eventually received a call from Ali the company's dispatcher. He advised me that the company's driver had overslept but that he would come pick us up and drive us to Southampton. He was most apologetic for the situation.

Luckily, we were in no time bind and we were impressed that Ali stepped up and took care of our transport to Southampton personally. I sure there are other providers out there that would just say "so sorry, we will refund your fare". Knowing Majestic stepped up and handled the situation showed me they really cared about their customers.

We have already planned another cruise in 2023 out of Dover and I intend to hire Majestic for that transport.‬

‪Smooth professional service‬

‪Did exactly what they said they would do, driver turned up in Heathrow T5 arrivals before we got there even though the flight was early. Smooth journey back to the Midlands. Always felt like these guys knew what they were doing.‬

‪Very smooth transfer LHR to Southampton!‬

‪We booked Majestic to take us from our Heathrow hotel to our pre cruise Southampton hotel. The communication with Majestic by email was prompt and very efficient. They even pointed out that I had in error overpaid for the requested transfer and they promptly issued me a credit card refund. On the transfer day, the driver (Ash) arrived to pick us up on time and we really enjoyed the drive with great conversation with Ash. We arrived in Southampton fast and right to the hotel door. Great smooth transfer! Thanks for the ease of this transfer in MERCEDES comfort.‬

‪Used this service to travel from London to Southampton. Arrangements were easy to book and communication was excellent. Met driver in Heathrow per meeting instructions and we were on our way in no time. Good value transportation. Definitely a recommend!‬

‪I am so impressed with Majestic Taxis. They are professional, friendly and were so flexible to help me when I had a change in my vacation arrangements. Ryan was helpful and prompt with the communications when booking and Cameron was professional, pleasant and a very safe driver which I appreciated with my 2 young daughters in the back. I 100% recommended this company and this is my new and preferred method of transport from Heathrow.‬

‪Easy transfers with peace of mind.‬

‪Flying in and out of London but also needing to get to Manchester, I was a little overwhelmed about the travel logistics. I came across Majestic Taxis and I am so glad I did. There was a little communication difficulty initially as I did not receive emails and the time difference from Australia meant I was up when England was sleeping. Once I booked, everything was so easy.

There were 3 of us travelling so we needed to make sure that we did not have 3 large suitcases so that we could comfortably fit in the car. This was fine as I took a carry on size case and just gave a few things to my daughters to pack in their luggage.

We were met by our driver at Heathrow (apologies as I did not get his name) and he delivered us safely to our hotel. Completed the round trip from Manchester to London a few days later. Great service and I am so glad I did not need to bother with public transport. Would definitely recommend the service and would happily use again next time I endure the horrendously long flight to come over.‬
