I stupidly booked the wrong place (dinosaur something in Northolt- which is miles away from us! I tried to call them multiple times to resolve the issue but they didn’t answer. When I went onto Jurassic falls Chingford website I realised it was the same company. So I called them and Morgan answered and was SO helpful letting me transfer the tickets to Chingford. Morgan and her colleague on the day were very hospitable and we really enjoyed it! Thank you.

Amazing staff on site the two ladies were both brilliant. Really helpful and patient. So family friendly. Toilet facilities were so clean and smelt nice almost like a home toilet. So impressed with our visit !

Staff are brilliant. Friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Easy accessibility. Enjoyable varied course with which is well decorated. Wonderful experience for the family. Only drawback is that it isn't signposted and so not obvious to find for non locals

Booked a 6:05 slot knowing typically it takes 45-120mins to complete the course. Waited 10 mins for receptionist to answer phone calls and serve customers before being seen to. Once we were seen to we were told you have until 7 to finish but should be done-despite others infront of us. We were on hole 14 when we were told we need to go directly to hole 18 and finish the game as it’s now closed. I asked if we could get a voucher to come back to finish the game. I was told no you just need to go to the last hole and finish your game. Quite sad that they allow you in to take money but don’t allow you to enjoy your experience.
Quite frankly as many times as I’ve been here I’ve never completed the game in under 40 mins.

Thank you for taking the time to review Jurassic Falls. It is disappointing your visit was not as good as it should have been for you and I apologise for the negative experience you have received.
Our last entry is at 6.20pm which gives your party 40 minutes to complete your game, however if you are still on the course team members should be allowing you to finish.
I will speak with the relevant team members to ensure this situation does not reoccur.
Once again apologies you did not enjoy your visit, I do hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back again soon.

Great hour out with my 4 year old grandson who loves dinosaurs. He loved the golfing experience. Totally enjoyed our visit.

The course itself is much bigger than expected! It is fun for adults and children alike. You can also play table tennis, connect 4 or other board games at the end which is really a kind and considerate idea. All in all, it's great family fun, but also enjoyable if you go as part of a group of adults.

Jurassic Falls. We paid online for two groups of 5. We arrived, there was nobody there. Others were waiting. We all tried to call. We sent an email and messaged via their Instagram page. No response. We waited for half hour. Do not book without getting confirmation from the owner that they are trading. No recent reviews. Very poor. Do not book. I have opened a dispute with the bank regarding a refund as I am not sure if this is a scam.

I am sorry to hear that you arrived at Jurassic Falls to find it closed.
Due to circumstances out of our control and the safety of our customers/staff members we unfortunately had to close the venue.
I am in the process of contacting customers to arrange a refund or reschedule bookings.

Took my daughter and group of her friends for her birthday. Had a great day of fun. Clean, great facilities, friendly and efficient staff. Will definitely do this again.

Family friendly fun mini golf. Took the kids on a very hot and sunny day! After the golf session we had ice cream at the seating area outside which is right beside the entrance. Clean surroundings and you can watch the golf courses. The seating area also has some board games which are on the tables, table tennis and a giant connect 4! Wonderful place . Recommended for a family day out.

You might need to drive to the place get a taxi or use the tube where step free access is available. The nearest underground station is Walthamstow central on the Victoria line. A cab can get you to the Jurassic falls adventure in about 15mins. I hope this helps.

I have 3 children 2, 6 and 15 my husband and I. Can we pay family ticket? My baby and i wont play.

Yes you can of course. I was at the Jurassic adventure golf on the 10th of June and some families that had toddlers only paid for those playing. The family cost is £28 but it should be cheaper paying for the tickets separately.
