Have used before with no problem. Today we waited at airport, with no phone service but was able to contact driver with another phone. I booked trip to St Ermins hotel from Heathrow. The driver asked in poor English if the address was correct. Since I didn't understand him, I repeated the St Irmins hotel, and he said yes. We were taken to a St Ermins address two hours away near Southampton. When he realized the error, I showed him my printed booking reservation (thank goodness I printed it)
He called his dispatcher who proceeded to tell us it would cost us another 191 bps, to get us to our destination. We had no choice, because we were two hours away from our destination. The customer service rep was very rude wouldn't listen and then had the audacity to say he was trying to help us.
So in addition, I was charged for another driver that was dispatched to the airport and said we never arrived, well we were already with a driver. I originally booked the transfer and was told that I needed to rebook with the amended time, so I did. I paid all the invoices and never noticed the St Ermins village address. The company sent out two drivers for the same two people, with the same amount of luggage for two different addresses and made it our fault. All in all, we spent 450 bps, a cancelled tour and four hours in the car before we made it to the hotel. I cancelled our next two reservations and will never do business again.

I have travelled to London often. Once I found Twelve Transfer I have always used them, especially for airport pick ups and drop offs.
It is easy to book a ride on line and they are responsive in the event of any questions.
The drivers are professional and reliable.
It takes the stress out of travel knowing that I can always rely on Twelve Transfers. Thank you!

Terrible and unreliable service, never showed up and they stop answering the phone, had to file a ddispute! Avoid at all cost!!!

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company during a recent journey from Stansted Airport to Southampton, with a scheduled stop at Canary Wharf. I must emphasize my deep disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct displayed by your company throughout the entire experience.
When we initially agreed upon a fare of GBP311 for the journey, which included a 30-minute wait time at the stop point, I expected a transparent and fair transaction. Regrettably, my expectations were not met, as your company continuously demanded additional payments during the journey, specifically an extra GBP51.
To my surprise, I received multiple emails from your company insisting that I pay for airport waiting time and airport parking fees, despite no prior agreement or mention of these costs. Such an approach is not only unethical but also showcases a lack of integrity on your part.
Moreover, the subsequent demand for an additional GBP51 payment, allegedly for an extra 45 minutes of waiting time at the stop point, was both unwarranted and unjustifiable. Threatening legal action and suggesting that you would strand all passengers if I refused to comply with this demand is utterly unacceptable and constitutes coercion.
I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect demonstrated by your company throughout this ordeal. As a customer, I expected a seamless and pleasant experience, characterized by clear communication and adherence to the agreed-upon terms. Unfortunately, your company failed to uphold even the most basic standards of customer service.
I request an immediate explanation for the unfounded demands for additional payments and the threats made against me and my fellow passengers. Furthermore, I insist on a prompt resolution to this matter, which includes a full refund of the unjustified charges and an assurance that such behavior will not be repeated with future customers.
My hope is that you take this feedback seriously and take immediate action to address the issues within your company. The way you handle this situation will determine whether I can recommend your services to others or if I should warn them about the poor service and questionable practices I have encountered.
I anticipate a swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

We needed a transfer for six people from the London Cruise Terminal to St. Pancras Station. Based on reviews, we contacted Twelve Transfers, and were so glad we did. They responded quickly to my reservation request and were very helpful in ensuring the best arrangements for our group and at reasonable price. The office and our driver, Stefan, maintained excellent communication he day before and day of the transfer. The van was very comfortable and accommodated all of us and our luggage. We highly recommend them.

Husband & I met up at Gatwick after difficult travel day for both. We got excellent help fm Twelve to shift our pick up even without initially being able to pin point exact new time. Also had e-sim with data only (no cell). Was still able to sort trip via Twelve's web chat. They confirmed changes by email. Twelve staff were super flexible, helpful and LGW driver pick-up easy. Driver and car both great. Tks Twelve!!

driver was friendly, and efficent. they don't understand our phones may not work over there. Whats app is a great way to communicate besides email. I checked around for competitive rates and they had good ratings. from Heathrow airport to South hampton for cruise ship.

Had two journeys with Twelve Transfers, collected from Stansted to Knightsbridge and a return a couple of days later. The booking system they have is the best I've seen and they take a lot of attention with regard to confirmations and updates. Both cars were superb, one an EV Mercedes, the other a Bentley. Both immaculate.
Timing for both was spot on, drivers courteous and friendly and both very safe drivers. I won't look elsewhere!

I’ve used the Twelve Transfers services 3 times in the last couple of months, and each ride has been top notch. The drivers have all been very professional, and the vehicles all spotless! My husband forgot his sunglasses on one trip, and the driver even loaned him an extra pair! I have had issues with other car services in the past, and while Twelve Transfers is not the cheapest service, I think it has been well worth the money for the peace of mind.

Hi, I'm leaving in mid July and was looking for a pick up from Coventry to Heathrow. I have 2 big suitcase and 1 hand-carry, would like to go for Executive but can I drop a note to get a Smoke-free vehicle? Or at least you guys can make sure the vehicle arriving won't be full of smoky smell, cuz it make me sick and dizzy.

looks like I am late on this but Twelve transfers are by far the most professional taxi I have used for the airport. We had a lot of bags, wheelchair and crutches. Fantastic service, helpful drivers and reasonably priced.

I would like to arrange for a transfer from Heathrow to Gatwick on Saturday, June 15th. We arrive at 6:50 AM and have a flight leaving from Gatwick at 11:15 AM. I don't know how much time to allow for luggage retrieval and customs/immigration control. What time should I request for a pickup, and what are the charges? I look forward to hearing from you. In regards to your enquiry, we can indeed assist with this journey - travel times between Heathrow and Gatwick Airport can vary depending on traffic, but this is usually around 1 hour. Taking into account the total number of passengers and if there are any checked items, we usually recommend allowing 30 mins (European flights) or up to 1 hour (International flights) after landing; you will have a further 30 mins of free waiting/parking after the scheduled time frame - after this period, a charge would be applicable and this starts at £0.25/min (the MPV8 and MPV Executive models incur a £0.50/min charge) along with any differences in cost for the parking ticket (anything above the first £8.00 which we cover).
Based on landing time of 6:50 and collection 1 hour later (at around 7:50 - 8:00), we should arrive at Gatwick Airport at 09:00, should traffic conditions not pose a problem. A group of eight will be arriving at Gatwick on March 16 at 9:30 p.m. We need to go to Heathrow from there.
We are wondering if it would be possible for your driver to give us a tour of the major attractions in London before heading to Heathrow.
Our flight doesn’t leave Heathrow until 8:40 a.m. on the 17th so we would have time to drive around.
If this is possible, what would the charge be?
